When I used PackMasters the first time they were awesome (it was the two younger guys). The second time I used them was a total headache. The day of my original move, no one showed up and my calls (several) went unanswered. They finally called me back and apologized saying my appointment was accidentally cancelled by the lady that scheduled it. So, it got rescheduled and on the day of that appointment they were over a hour late. One good thing I can say is that they do move pretty fast when moving your things.

Packmaster movers are an unreliable transporting company when it comes to moving your furniture I asked them to move my furniture from Indiana to Florida and everything was totally damaged I did not receive my mattresses my bedroom set was totally damaged and my boxes were all crushed they are very unreliable when it comes to moving. They also took days into bringing my belongings to Florida they kept giving me the runaround for two entire weeks that is despicable.

Packmasters owner will tell you that they drug screen and background check their employees ...but this simply is not true. If so, they would not have hired Curtrell and Sherry. They will also tell you that they have insurance but that's also false. There are thousands of dollars of missing items gone.

They had 3 young guys show up for a move when I asked for 2. None of them knew what they were doing and dropped my TV. 2 months later I’m still getting the runaround from Earnest the owner on a check for my broken TV.

They number one Angie’s List, so that should tell you all you need to know. Movers were Efficient and professional. Arrived on time and handled all my furniture with care. You can’t beat the price. Way better than majority of the company’s in the area. If you’re moving local or state to state, Call up the masters of packing and moving. This company is absolutely amazing! I am very grateful that they could move us, especially with it being short notice. The guys were very prompt and seemed to enjoy what they did. They went above and beyond! They secured my furniture, cautiously and gently wrapped the tvs, and they did it all in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend their service.
