Caused excessive damage with many pieces irreparable, refused to compensate for damages, wanted payment for partial move refusing to finish, threatened to put a lien on my property if I didn’t pay, said rather than pay for damages they would declare bankruptcy and open business under another name. Total nightmare and was just trying to give a young man a start with his new business.
Kimberly, I believe you have us confused with another mover. We have been in business for 7 years, and we have no record of you as a customer. Please call [phone removed] so we can get things figured out.
The owner of this company refused to leave my mom’s house AFTER services were cancelled BEFORE him showing up. Services were cancelled the previous day due to a serious family emergency. A voicemail was left to cancel the services needed. He told her he was going to charge her for him still showing up and then refused to leave her house. He said he would just stay at her house all day until she got back from the hospital. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Our move went very well. We have used the big name movers and there is no comparison. Palidin treated our belongings like their own. They took care in wrapping all furniture in packing blankets and were extremely careful with the walls and trim of our home. They were quick and experienced movers. I have used Paladin twice now and they were just as good as I remembered them to be. Polite and professional and moved fast as ever. If you're looking for movers that are cautious with your things and work efficiently to get the job done then these are your guys! It's also refreshing to see the guys getting along with one another on a job that is not so easy or would be considered fun. Exceptional service!!
Moving is stressful but Paladin Movers worked so hard and did such an awesome job at making it as easy as possible! The owner went out of his way multiple times today to help make it a smooth transition. he repairs our new head board that we broke the leg off, free of charge dropped of a washer and dryer at someone’s house, and helped us unpack our new furniture! Absolutely recommend!! Thank you Paladin!
