The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |

| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I am a professional musician. The pedal assembly on my 15-year-old digital piano suddenly broke. I visited Palm Desert Piano and met with Mark Miller. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable, showed me several pianos he had in stock, and helped me make a decision on a new piano. Two days later Mark and Matt delivered my new piano and set it up. I was very impressed with the prompt service they gave and plan to recommend their store to my colleagues.
Thanks Denis for your review. It was a pleasure meeting you - thanks for bringing beautiful music to so many people.
As a local music school owner, I feel very grateful that Palm Desert Piano is close by. They’re not only the only piano store in the area, but their service is also outstanding. I needed a specific type of grand piano for my teaching studio, and they had it at a price that couldn’t be beat. Mark was extremely helpful, and Matt also assisted in sorting everything out efficiently. My piano looks and sounds fantastic in my studio, and I couldn’t be happier :)
Cant thank Palm Desert Piano enough for the great customer service, and help with the purchase of our piano. They truly were so informative and helpful with all the questions we had. Our family is so excited. Mark and Matt were both an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely be sending over friends and family. Thanks again!!
Thanks Allen for your review and trust. It was a pleasure working with your family.
We bought a Kawai K300 from Matt and Mark. Excellent experience, great advice on many available options in store. Prompt next day shipping with white glove service and first tuning included for free. I’d recommend Palm Desert Piano to anyone seeking their perfect fit piano.
Stefan, it was my pleasure helping you and your family selecting the piano. Hope you enjoy the memories from all the music made with it. Cheers. Matt & Mark
