Did not deliver my daughter's furniture when scheduled and were very unprofessional!!!!! Highly disgusted!! My daughter is pregnant and this upset her and her schedule. No consideration for the value of the customer's time!!!!
Ms. Moore we have contacted your daughter to address this situation and the mix up with what happened with her furniture from Ashley furniture store.
Do Not Use this company. The owner Dominique is a crook. He ran my card although I told his receptionist there were concerns that needed to be discussed before final payment. She said ok I'll call you after the move. Including the fact they said they could help me move my hottub. Which I had to hire more people to help them. Alot of other things from their guys damaging items to them pissing on my bathroom floor etc. But instead of her calling An unauthorized amount was ram instead.
We have mover 12 times in 44 years. This was our second worst move. We moved 1 mile. Much broken art and walls in need of repair. We moved from the West Coast to the East Coast 8 years ago with absolutely no damage. The Crew Chief Malcolm was great but the team was very poor. They did not know how to wrap paintings and art. Our antique furniture also took a beating. We used local business to support our economy and this was a mistake for us.
BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE. THEY BROKE LEGS OFF BUFFFET AND DRESSER, BROKE MARBLE TABLE. THEIR INSURANCE WILL COVER .60 PER POUND? THEY WILL TELL WHAT EVER LIES THEY NEED TO TELL IN COURT TO KEEP FROM ACCEPTING ANY RESPONSIBILITY. BUYER BEWARE.

We moved on Saturday 2/13/2021 and the rain fell the entire day! The 4 men were extremely careful not to track water and dirt in the old house and into the new house. They wrapped in plastic all of the furniture that might be damaged by water. These guys were amazing. They were courteous, efficient, and took exceptional care of our furniture. We have moved in the past to South Korea, Belgium, and Germany and all over the USA and no other movers can top the professionalism of this group.
Thank you, we really do and Appreciate your business not once not twice but three times. I will let the guys know!

Anyone who has hired a moving company knows how many hours we have to wait after our scheduled time and how many times they miss their appointments with us with no regards as to what we had to schedule around them... Dominique was very responsive and helpful when coordinating my move, and helped to schedule a short notice out-of-state move. When the moving team arrived, they were extremely efficient, polite and helpful. They took care with my belongings and made the move effortless. Best experience I have ever had when moving. 10/10 recommend using these services!

I done move probably about 10 times in my life time. Brittany has been very responsive to my move request. Moving can be scary but these guys took care of me from the beginning of my moving process until they finish unloading it to my new home. I can't thank them enough. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
