Well, we hired Patrick’s Moving because of their reviews online. So, thought we would share our experience for others. The lady my husband spoke to in the office was very helpful. That’s what the 2 stars are for! We explained what needed to be moved, and we were quoted approx. 6 hours with knowing the amount of drive time. The day started with us meeting them at our storage unit. First of all, Patrick’s Moving did not show up.
We apologize for any confusion regarding our truck markings. To represent the respective area of our multiple locations, our truck feature different designs. We are in fact; one company and we never subcontract out to other companies.
NIGHTMARE. We were specific about our move...less furniture mainly boxes with 2-story home description for both. 2 drivers sent by their selection. 1 driver friendly until near end & lead driver was from hell. Arrogant/cocky/ rude. Complaints,bad attitude threatened my husband & threw copy contract. NEVER EVER would I recommend them. Price leaped from $872 to $1328 they charged us for COVID-19 mask wearing $20 yet they wore no gloves. THEY ASK ME to help unload.
Totally sad! I personally called her and spoke to her as soon as I was notified by my office of some issues, I apologized, asked for forgiveness and if there was anything we could do help with situation. Mrs. Roberson only paid for the time her move took and not a penny more.
I was not happy with this moving company.\n They broke one of my T. Vs, and once I told him about it, they did not wanna answer my calls, I helped me get another TV. After I paid them a $1000 to move, please do not use them as movers, not responsible. No one has called me and said, I'm sorry about your T. V, we will replace it at all, but they kept calling me when it was time for me to move very responsible moving company.

The lead driver/mover (didn't get his name) and Mario were very pleasant and professional, and they moved everything from my old apt and storage unit to my new, upstairs apt (no elevator) both quickly and carefully, and for a fair price that matched their hard work. I would go with this mover again for any future move in a heartbeat.

I used Patrick's Moving / Redlands Moving / Big Bear Moving for my recent local move in Highland Ca. and I was very happy with their overall service and the great job the movers they sent did with my move. I had several large items, including a piano, that had to be moved and the movers, Eddie and Hugo, were great at moving the big stuff. They also had great friendly and positive attitudes which kept the day going, even when things got extra heavy in the summer heat.
