The move went well, very professional, courteous, and helpful during a stressful time. I would give 5 stars except that our 65” Smart TV was damaged during transport beyond repair. 2500$ to replace and we did . The owner states that his business insurance will not cover electronics damage. He says when booking services the dispatcher “try’s” to offer a non-reusable foam plus box for packing at an $80 cost for an XL TV. This was not offered, assuredly as I would have taken the offer.

Please do yourself a favour and call another moving company. They damaged my belongings and my walls. When I asked to speak with the owner about the service before I paid they said he would call and I would not be billed until I spoke with the owner. He never did call and they ran my card without my authorization and did not even send a receipt. Really unethical company to say the least.

James at Paul's Moving was pleasant to coordinate and work with. He was on time, careful with my belongings, responsive to requests, flexible with supporting move in/rearranging logistics and had good strong workers alongside him. The reason this experience is not worth 5/5 stars is because I was quoted a price and it ended up being over $800 more than I expected which was a shock!
We just moved this weekend and went with Paul's after reading through reviews. The team arrived 10 minutes early and got to work right away. They were very friendly, kind and efficient, taking good care of our furniture and valuables. We were packed and heading to our new place in no time, and were ahead of schedule! We were very impressed with the level of experience and service!

Paul's Moving was great! The guys are beasts and work hard all day. Everyone very friendly and polite. They took great care of our things and were extremely helpful with anything we needed. They wrapped all the furniture, moved dressers full of clothes, and put floor protection down everywhere at both locations. The quote process was easy, quote was competitive, and the final invoice even came in less than the quoted price since they don't have a high "minimum hours" threshold. Highly recommend.
paul’s moving was fantastic to work with, the movers were quick, and efficient. was very pleased, they treated my house contents with much care. The office staff are fantastic, Barb and Sandy, were very helpful, answered all my questions and were easy to deal with. i would definitely recommend this family owned company, and would use them again
