I have used them for years. Today stole my$50,000 worth of stuff because the owners Irina and Vas demanded more $$$ without securing the truck, closing the door and without taking any of my things out of the truck. There were 7 police officers who spent over 4 hrs with the owner. He let you young child with a physical disability sit on a concrete floor for 4 hrs. He then dumps all of my furniture on the front lawn of my new place in the pouring rain and told me to move it myself after paying him $650.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience, however our company does not have any records by that name. This person could be just someone with personal intentions or may be one of our competitors. We always make sure that our customer is happy with our service.
Worst customer service ever. Irene is very belligerent, rude and uncooperative. Call these people if you enjoy being condescended and hung up on when you're calmly trying to resolve a dispute. Literally had to get the police involved just to negotiate a delivery time, that is how impossible these people are.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience, however our company does not have any records by that name. Also, all our customer reps are patient, friendly and highly qualifyed professionals, so situations like yours don't happen.

I recently hired Omar for a moving and storage project, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Omar was professional, punctual, and extremely organized. He and his team handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring everything was packed securely and arrived at the destination in perfect condition. The storage services were equally impressive—clean, secure, and easy to access when needed.
I would like to share my experience with perfect movers: they were awesome. Movers arrived in timely manner, they moved my items very carefully and smiling all the time. It was nice to see how they took care of my furniture, as it was their own. Much appreciate this service. Will move again soon and call you guys again.
In the past 8 years, I have called Perfect Movers to help me move 5+ times. Each and every time, they performed beyond expectation. They show up on time. They package, wrap, and move your things with care. They are polite, good humor, and honest. I’ve seen most of their movers and coordinated with their head office multiple times and with full confidence I can tell you, they are all good and honest people who take the stress, anxiety, and moving off your back. They are, perfect!
Amazing service, professional, efficient, respectful of property. Most highly recommend this company. They don't try to screw you over, staff is very polite, friendly, helpful, and very easy to communicate with everyone. They were also on time, finished early and only charged for the hours they actually worked, not the full estimate price. You must go with Perfect Movers for a seamless move!!! Wonderful experience!
