The rating breakdown
1 of the 25 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Pianos N Things Music are one or two star.
Worked out from 25 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Boise

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I bought the loveliest antique Steinway through Mike Lott at Pianos n Things this past September 2021. He had done some restoration work on it, including working on the pedals to ensure tht the felt was supple and not hard and compacted. It is a beautiful piano, had great 'voice' and was such a great purchase. Mike took the time to take photos and video of the piano when I was inquiring about purchasing it, and even had someone play music on it and took a video so that I could assess the piano's workability…
Loved the shop, and the shop keeper. He allowed the kids (we had 3 with us) to try everything in the store, including the grand piano! even though we were a low ball customer. Purchase went well: good selection of used pianos, good price! excellent delivery service. Hope the kids remain inspired.
Mike moved my upright piano quickly and easily, and he was very kind. The price was very reasonable, the customer service was excellent, and the experience was great overall, enthusiastically recommend!
My parents just bought us a piano for my children from Pianos 'N Things and the whole experience was wonderful! They worked with us to find just what we needed within our limited budget and taught us throughout the process. A tuned, delivered piano for about the price of something off of Craigslist. Just what we needed. Thank you.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
