It's started out really well, but I was left disappointed. 😔 Working with Frank in the beginning was really great, he was patient understanding (I had a big move from Texas to Florida and was nervous). He assured me that his team was professional, would take care of my things, worked me with on the price, scheduled me even though it was last minute - it was great! The team came out, took really good care of my stuff (maybe cause I was there watching, idk) This is when things went downhill...
When initially speaking with Frank, everything seemed good and professional. Movers arrived to pick up within an hour or so from estimated time, which was fine. They were professional and packed things up very well. Delivery date and time window of delivery need due to arrangements made with apartment building were written down and verbalized to Frank and stated would happen. Day of delivery was HORRIBLE!!!!! Delivery was scheduled between noon and 2pm. Ended up not arriving until around 9pm.
Use at your own risk!! These guys came and packed us up all well enough but on arrival at the destination did nothing but drop stuff off into a room and then left. They didn't arrive at the destination until 1030pm and said they needed to drop it off that night. They did not reassemble anything that they took apart as part of the packing process. They also left a huge mess of cardboard and plastic packing material on my patio. When I called to complain it only got worse.
Absolutely the WORST, I repeat the WORST movers in the history of moving services. How can I give them 0 starts because these guys do not deserve even half a star let alone one whole star. I have never spent so much time writing a review but I am going to this time because I hope these guys never get any business ever again, they were literally SO BAD ! Pardon any spelling mistakes because I am so angry !!
The packing was done correctly in every form of the word. We ALWAYS have to label our boxes with stickers because they have to be cross referenced in our manifest, so that nothing goes missing.
If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I have moved over 10 times in the past 12 years and this has been the worst moving experience of my life. PLEASE consider this review as accurate and do not go with this company. I saw other one star reviews and took a chance, and highly regret my decision. We worked with Frank, who if you go through the other reviews, has multiple 1 star reviews stating how awful he is.

I wish I could give them no stars! Horrible experience. Under bid my move and the final price ended up being 50% higher than expected. They showed up late at pick up and drop off and packed my belongings like they truly didn’t care. So many. Token and damaged items I had to submit over 25 items on my insurance claim. I would never recommend this movers to an enemy, let alone a friend.
Where do I start?... To make a long and painful story short, they didn't show up to my move. We agreed they would be there at 9am and around that time I got a call from Shawn saying they wouldn't arrive until 11am. Because I lived in a high-rise I had to move out by 12pm -as someone else then uses the elevator. They were 100% aware of this fact, since they corresponded with my building for paperwork.
When the person booked their move with us we explained our delivery window in which we would be there between 9-10am and that it would be wise if she books the move the day before in order to avoid in delays on their part.
Me giving this company 2 stars was generous, and I only did that because the actual mover that came to assist me in the pick up and drop off(Ozzy) was so kind! HOWEVER, my experience with Pick Up Movers LLC was less than ideal. The best part of this entire ordeal was the price. With my move from Maryland to Atlanta, I tried to find other companies and they just didn't fit into my budget. Pick Up Movers were very cost effective, but this low cost does come with a serious PRICE.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this outstanding moving company for my relocation from Miami to New York. From start to finish, they made this move the smoothest and most stress-free experience I could have hoped for. Their team was incredibly professional, efficient, and took great care of my belongings. The communication throughout the process was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything arrived safely and on time.
I finally did move to SFL. I was choosing in between OZ and Pick Up Movers. But they way they greet me in OZ…no comment. I just called PUM to ask what is it going to be the quote for NY-FL move. I am a student and price is pretty important for me.I dont have much belongings and these guys helped me out. Of course,i had to cooperate.there is nothing for free in this world. They explained to me what is the timing for delivery.
I hired Pick Up Movers to help with a small (a bed frame, mattress , a table, a chair, and 10 boxes) move from Indiana to Washington, DC. I was extremely anxious about my move but everything went smoothly! The delivery time estimate was 5-21 business days, but they were able to deliver my things within 2 DAYS! It was astonishingly quick. I spoke on the phone with two coordinators, Pierre and Frank, and they were communicative, helpful and pleasant.
These guys are INCREDIBLE! We hired them for a large long distance move (1200sq ft of furniture, tvs, boxes) from PA to FL and could not be happier. Frank was very responsive throughout the bid process, and was able to answer all of our questions, setting expectations regarding timing and estimated cost along the way. Fast forward to the day before the move: I get the text with time for pickup, and then Tarun + Oleg are there on time the next day, we go over the paperwork + items, and I leave them to it.
