Extremely unprofessional !! Interms of how the staff have either no clue where our households is or they stole our stuff and pretends they cant find them...constant giving us the run around answer. And their warehouse isn't big! Too many ppl have reported their stuff was damaged, stolen or lost from shipment with this company.!!

Labeled almost all boxes “misc” or “rugs” or “bedroom”. When asked to correct I was told “I’ve been doing this for 7 years so I know what I’m doing”. I expressed my concern that if a box goes missing I won’t get reimbursed for the items that were in it. Like the one box labeled “rugs and pillows” that had gold plated utensils in it. When the lead packer finally corrected the box she was very upset and threw a sharpie on my counter and was very rude after. Luckily nothing was lost.

If I could give this company a Zero I would. They were so unprofessional & rude. They packed what was clearly trash (with old food & pizza boxes) with stuff that was not trash. They broke stuff that cannot be replaced that's been in my family for over 50yrs. They pay so little attention to what they do that they packed my purse & when it was brought to their attention they got attitudes & wanted to charge extra to find it so I said nevermind. So i went the rest of the day with no ID or money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company showed up to our home on a Monday. They proceeded to pack only half our home. Several calls to fort bliss housing and rescheduals, they showed up to our home the next day. While explaining all of the items that were not packed, their female employee proceeded to roll her eyes and disregard our concerns.

I am currently waiting on this company. We are on an extremely tight schedule and expected to have them here at 8 or 9 am for the move. They called to say it was going to be noon. Then the movers call and say they aren't going to be showing up until around 2. This is extremely unprofessional and I am disappointed in the way this business handles their timing and organization. Hopefully they arrive eventually and their packing skills are better than their time management. I am livid.

The movers were nice enough, but only had 2 people for the whole house (9,000 lbs). This made it very stressful for them and for us. One of the movers stole $100 from a watch holder. Of course, nothing to do because how could I prove that?? It goes to show that not everyone has integrity. Disappointed to open my box and see it missing (it was under a cushion).

I moved 600 miles away and had my furniture delivered a week after they took it. The turn around time was good but my experience with the moving was not. I had MULTIPLE pieces of furniture broken (one of my bookshelves literally had foot prints on it which just shows carelessness) and they lost an original piece of artwork I had that is irreplaceable.

I am receiving my HHG right now and just like I expected because iof the way my stuff was handled, brand new items are broken, scratched, chipped, and wrapped like trash. Know your employees, they were disgruntled as the day went on. Truly disappointed!
