Horrible experience. Would give this location 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service from the associate. Of all my years renting from U-Haul, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, she had an attitude when I came into the store for assistance with my pick up, then complained about the condition of my phone when she attempted to “help” me check in on the app.
Again, I do apologize for the service or lack of service you received. As I told you when i spoke with we try our best to provide courtesy and timely service. I was appalled when I read this review. I know this isn't an excuse I was on vacation and had a fill in.
Im only leaving this review here because i can not locate the post office to leave it there. The skinny postal lady is so rude and hateful. She refused to help do business. She was too busy talking to the shoe guy at HIS business and refused to come to the post to help me. She then refused to give me pricing and then made me leave because I asked her why she was being so rude.
Unresponsive, poor effort and the whole nine yards. The man working did not have my reserved uhaul truck and instead of any type of reprimand or apology, he told me I was SOL. He did not answer the phone or give me any type of help from his wrongdoing. His attitude was quite distasteful.

I rented a uhaul from here. It was a fast process. The worker was very friendly.
Great place to store your stuff, Great people to work with, great value for the area. They even allowed me to refund my monthly rent when I closed my unit on the first of the month! No complaints, will definitely give them a call if I need to store anything in the future!

I have only done business here to use their USPS service and they are very friendly and professional. This is the place to go to avoid long lines and rude staff at most USPS locations. I will caution that you must spend at least $10 in USPS goods and services if using a debit or credit card, otherwise use cash for purchases less than $10.
The storefront was great- clean and smelled good. Stacey was great - huge help with an administrative obstacle. Obviously storage centers are things you go to when you have to because life demands it, but if life does demand, I recommend Pilgrim Storage.
