I originally did the quote online on and three people got back to me and one being Richard or Ronald and he set up services for me but said I had to pay a $100 deposit over the phone right a way to save the date and he told me that if I changed my mind it would be fine. So I did without any paperwork or emails. Well I reached out maybe two weeks later and let him know the army would pay for my move and could I get the deposit back and he said it was non refundable and that I should check the contract.
Owner is rude and unprofessional. After messing up my paperwork because he is unprepared and unorganized decided to yell and scream on the phone. Don’t use this moving company call anyone else.
TL;DR I did not get what I paid for. The owner and I agreed to a price for 3 unloaders for 5 hours. I signed paperwork agreeing to the price and put my credit card on file with them. Only two guys actually came out, and my girlfriend and I had to pitch in quite a bit to get the job done in the 5 hours. I then called afterwards to tell them that I didn't get what we agreed to and what I had paid for, expecting them to knock a little off the charge, but they told me there was nothing they could do.
Tried to get a quote to move a king size bed and literally nothing else. They couldn’t even bother to read the intake form I filled out. Then they couldn’t bother to read responses I sent to the emails they wrote. …

Could not have done it without the help of Pink Zebra. These guys are incredibly professional and efficient. They helped pack the biggest Uhaul available in a manner that helped me bring all of my items. They carefully loaded a piano and a weight bench, despite those items being incredibly heavy. Also, they were able to load many terrariums and fish tanks and NONE OF THEM BROKE on a 9 hour trip. Seriously- hands down the best moving company and worth every single penny and more.
Herb and Joshua were fantastic, very efficient, good communication, took extra care with family antiques, and remained professional throughout , with what was an emotional move . Thank you to Pink Zebra for our second move in 6 months!!!
Pink Zebra, and more specifically, Quay, Kobe and John, were amazing during our move! We had a unique move where we were shipping our things to another country. The shipping container did not have a ramp, so they used some major ingenuity to get things loaded. All while maintaining a positive attitude during a really big load. Thank you guys! Y’all were great!
