I originally left a 5* review because I felt bad for the 2 kids that were here moving our furniture, but after a continued bad experience, I decided to delete it and repost. First, 2 people showed up for a 3 person job to move a 4 bedroom 2 story house to a single story 3 bedroom house. The best they could do was reduce the amount of people I was charged for, but because it took more hours it still came out to more than I was originally quoted for with 3 people.

This company seemed to be very honest and one of the best in reviews. I called them yesterday and they told me they would schedule me an appointment for a quote today at 9am with a one hour window. For this reason I decided to wait for their quote to make my decision. Today they did not show up and when I called them at 10am they told me that there was no visit scheduled even though they had sent me an email with the confirmation and now they could give me the quote over the phone.
I didn't want to leave a bad review, but I think I've been patient and accommodating. This was the first time using movers, and the men were courteous. They brought to my attention all the damaged items on arrival and initiated the claim themselves. In total, there were 4 tvs, 2 fish tanks, and my boys bunkbed with severe damage in December.

Giving 2 stars only because the actual team who moved me was extremely nice and did what they could to make the process as smooth as possible. Overall though, the entire move with Pink Zebra was extremely disappointing. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I had to move into a temporary rental for a week between selling/buying houses. This meant all of my things had to be moved into storage, then back out, and into my new home.
Move was ok, follow-up for damage not good. Wood floors were damaged with gouges from pushing the tv and not lifting it up. I've tried contacting Brian Kelly, the damage claim person, for 2 days. Left a voicemail and 2 texts. Crickets. I'll have to suck up the repair cost. They quote a lowball estimate, eyeball the load so there is nothing to base the amount actually moved, and adjust the final cost up by alot. l do not recommend this company as they do not stand behind their service at all.

The movers came in 35 minutes late and barely made the service elevator window. Then charged me for the movers late arrival. Please please ask them about MOVE IN WINDOW, mine was supposed to be 6-8 and they showed up at 6.35 and charged me extra since it ran passed 8.30. But they say it’s customary since it’s within the window. Even if they show up at 7, it’s still within the window, what fantastic business model. I will make sure none of my colleagues use the service.

Love the second time around is sweeter and I fell IN LOVE with PINK ZEBRA all over again last week when they cheerfully and flawlessly executed a tricky move like it was a tango, never missing a single beat.
