Regret is the best word to describe our decision to use Pink Zebra. They estimated $4,000 for our move, but ended up charging us $7,500. When we reached out to the owner/operator to discuss our overall concerns for the move, we were hoping for a constructive resolution, but we found him to be dismissive and condescending. He showed zero empathy or understanding, and it was his personal response--not the performance of his crew--that resulted in a poor experience.
Our sincerest apologies Matt and Shannon for the experience you felt like you received during your move. We pride ourselves on being very transparent in our pricing to avoid any confusion at the end of the move. You agreed on the hourly rate prior to your move.
Horrible experience! The crew I thought did their best until we went to move the beds upstairs for the painters and they fell apart, they did not finish putting them together.
We are so sorry our crew assembled your beds incorrectly. We offered to come back out immediately upon hearing this which was declined. If you do need any further assistance please do not hesitate to reach out.

Pink Zebra is everything a moving company should be. I was completely let down by a company that had moved most of my furniture to my new home. The other company advertised that they brought all of their own moving equipment and products. But, after they left from the move, I found out that they used my packaging tape when they couldn't find their own shrink wrap, damaging a lot of my furniture. These shady places are out there, people!
