Terrible Moving Experience — Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Pink Zebra Movers and would not recommend them based on our experience. Our home was damaged, items were missing, and gift cards were stolen. On top of that, many items were left behind despite us being very clear that everything needed to be packed and moved.

This is my second move with Pink Zebra and the previous was great this one was disappointing. The wrapping and loading started off well but the 4th crew member who showed up an hour late was making things chaotic. The delivery/unload was disorganized with crew putting things everywhere. I asked for area rugs to be brought in but they brought all of the furniture in first so everything had to be moved or lifted again to get rugs in place.

If I could give them no stars, I would. First they totaled my mailbox within being at my house for 10 minutes. We paid for two guys , and got one and half bc one guy was so lazy. He hit the walls, made scuff marks and chipped paint in my brand new home. One of the guys started yelling from pain and next thing I know the ambulance and fire truck showed up to my house… I guess he called his mom and complained and she called 911. The ambulance takes the guy away and we still get charged for 2 guys.

Do not use this company if at all possible. We’ve given them weeks to make it right with us and they’ve failed to do so. We hired them to help us move all of our belongings and to help us finish packing what we hadn’t. A two man crew showed up to pack and move our 3 bed single family home. I could tell immediately after they arrived they seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work. The company was more than aware of what we were needing and wanting as a video walk through was done with the owner.

EDIT: Just wanted to come back on here and say its been a year and this company has still not made good on their promises. Nor has anyone ever reached back out to us. Do not recommend! I have never had a worse experience with a moving company in my life!! We've moved a lot over the years (for jobs and such) and have never had a the amount of damage to our stuff as we did with Pink Zebra. Not to mention, the hole in the wall that had to be repaired (by my husband) due to one of the movers hitting it with his dolly.

Damaged furniture, did not complete the job, left a ton of stuff we had to go get. Staff were too busy with their horseplay to get the job done. The “manager” stayed on the truck 90% of the time. Way overcharged from what the estimate was plus had hidden fees. Excessive charging for boxes, paper and tape. Several boxes only had one or two small items in a box full of paper, example a spatula was wrapped in tons of paper and packed in tons of paper. Late arriving and left early from packing.

I really would have liked to give Pink Zebra a 5 star rating. We hired them mid May, and the movers did a fantastic job and went out of their way to do a few extra things for us. However, a couple of my belongings that are irreplaceable went missing during the move. We hired the movers only for our big furniture, everything else we were taking care of ourselves. We searched everywhere several times in case we misplaced the belongings ourselves, but no luck.

Will not recommend your company for so many reasons 1 you will not return my calls. 2 I would think you would screen your employees for honesty. 3 I don’t appreciate the broken safe! 4 Also had to cancel all my Credit cards as they were compromised by one or both of your employees. 5 Someone should always always follow up with the customer, just to make sure everything was done in a professional manner. Do you want me to continue? Very unhappy customer.
