I hired Pinnacle Moving Group for a move from Houston, TX to Lafayette, LA, and they subcontracted the job to Luxury Movers. The entire experience has been a nightmare. My move was originally set for July 18, with July 19 as a backup only if it started early. Instead, I got less than 24 hours’ notice that it would be on the 19th, and the movers arrived late — outside the 9–10 a.m. window, not starting until nearly noon.

Very bad experience on the day of my move they did not arrive I called them they never answered me a day before Mrs. Veronica Martinez called me to confirm but they never arrived be very careful in case you want to hire their services.
Pinnacle moved my 70 year old mother, broke her entertainment center and then insisted that the furniture was already broken.
One of the drivers (black hair and beard, white skin), taking advantage of the fact that he was using one of the company's trucks, overtook another vehicle on a street without permission. Since no one in a sedan wants to crash into a semi-trailer, there was no other option but to let him pass, but it was a very bad attitude.

Pinnacle Moving was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Daniel, the owner, was amazing to work with—super responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in his company. The two movers were efficient, careful, and highly professional. They moved everything quickly with zero damage, wrapped items properly, and handled my furniture with real attention to detail. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the level of service provided.
Highly recommend! Needed some help with moving today and Danny was able to get me in last minute. The crew, Wolf(nickname), Francisco and Antonio were amazing. They showed up 15 minutes before start time. They went in and within 30 minutes they had already loaded up 90% of the items that needed to be taken. They ensured that everything was well protected before even moving anything out of the house. Once at my new place, they quickly offloaded and assisted me in setting things up as well.
Pinnacle Moving System was absolutely fantastic! I needed movers at the last minute, and they went above and beyond to take care of everything. Three true professionals arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled my belongings with great care. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The company helped me move into my new apartment, and they were fantastic! Nothing was broken or missing, and they even let me check the truck at the end just to be sure. Both my old and new apartments were on the 3rd floor, so it was a tough move, but they handled everything with no problem. They arrived at 1 PM and finished around 6 PM, moving even my washer and dryer. They unhooked them at the old place and reconnected them at the new one, which was extremely helpful.
