Just like another reviewer noted, I called these guys seven or eight times over a period of about three weeks and left two voicemails. Not once did anyone pick up, nor get back to me. At the same exact time, every other moving company I called (and I must have called a dozen) either picked up immediately, or promptly returned my calls. If these guys cannot be bothered to answer a customer's call, how much effort will they put into the actual work? Incredibly unprofessional.
Dear Yuriy. We are a small company. When we accept a job we do an outstanding job, so we have to be careful not to accept too many jobs. Sorry I couldn't get back to you. I'm glad you found someone else to help.

I recently used Pioneer Moving, Jay was very good to deal with and very accommodating. The 4 man crew showed up on time to load 2 trucks on Monday morning and I couldn’t believed that had the whole house loaded in about 4 1/2 hours and then Back the next day to unload at new house which took about 5 1/2 hours. They were all great, friendly and helpful.

In my duties at a local condo complex, I've dealt with many different movers, where some employees look like they just got out of prison and didn't make you want to trust them with your belongings, but, it was always a pleasure dealing with this company. When we recently moved from Kamloops to Saanichton on Vancouver Island, this company was at the top of our list to contact, and they certainly didn't disappoint. The movers were amiable and efficient, from start to finish.
