I used to be really satisfied with customer service at PittMovers back then in 2019. Therefore, I decided to choose this company again at the end of January 2021. However, I was so disappointed with the service this time. The labors left with the missing pieces of shelves on the truck. I tried to call them right away after 10 minutes and the day later, but I got no show results. Moreover, they were so bad at assembling the bed. My son's bed was broken after only couple days he slept on.

Antwone was very unprofessional they showed up late, were lazy , were not careful moving my stuff, they didn’t rent a big enough truck, over charged me then promised to refund my money , which never happened. I kept calling he kept giving me an excuse and said I’ll make sure you get your refund today ..... lie after lie with him. Don’t use these movers they don’t belong in business. They are crooks and extremely unprofessional!!!! Worst movers I have ever had!!!

Honestly I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately the experience I had wasn’t…the best. I also reached out via email before I left this review, but I received no reply. To start, the crew was nice, but they were over 40 minutes late to my appointment with no notice until I texted them asking where they were at. The website also said there was no hourly minimum, but when I booked online to move a couch, they told me they wouldn’t come out for a job that was less than an hour.

Update: Thank you for your response. You should have mentioned it if you did an extra work/having extra worker from the beginning and charge me. I wouldn't know unless you told me. That doesn't change the story that you were on my nerve during the moving. Also, I think 2 out of 3 worked for at least 1.5 out of 2.5 hour anyway. Thanks, I am also hopping to have a better luck (with finding better movers) in my future movings.

Do not use these movers. We hired them to move is from a storage until to our new house. The first thing that happened was they said there was a proceed with their truck (a rented UHaul) so they would be two hours late. He said he would have a total of 6 guys to move is due to the delay. Then they were stuck in traffic, so over three hours later. Two guys, not the 4 that were requested or 6 that were promised) showed up smoking marijuana in their car.

MISLED AND OVERCHARGED! I called to make an appointment and specifically stated I needed 2 men for less than an hour. I was told they would reserve me for 2 hours just to be sure but I’d only be charged for what unused. Min would be 1 hour for $99 charge plus $25 for each 15 min over 1 hr. Do to a prior job The two men showed up 3 hours late on the assigned day. They worked hard and loaded my 2 rooms in a U-Haul truck in 45 min. I was then charged for 2 hours.

When scheduling to move piano that is 2 hrs from them. They were very accommodating. Then day of texted then called 15 minutes prior to their stated arrival time. Well guess there was difficulty getting started & would be 2 more hours!! Thank you for the heads up. NOT! Then finally arrived, very friendly , not professional, Not organized!! I had bought this baby grand from a dear lady that had it for over 50 years!! In wonderful shape!! Not so after move. Offered wood glue right off the cuff. Really??

BEWARE!!! Fraudulent company!!! These scam artists never showed up. They stood us up, even after sending a "confirmation email" the night before they were supposed to come. Resulted in filling a u-haul truck alone. I've been calling all day to see if they were coming after they were an hour late. First person picks up the phone and claims "I just do scheduling. Call back and I'll let someone else answer the phone." And for the rest of the day, no one answers and now their phone number is "disconnected".
