The woman manager was extremely rude. Upon entering the building, she immediately started complaining about her workload being too high at the end of the month. She wasn’t friendly and clearly very stressed at her workload and took it out on me. I suggest you hire someone else who can handle customer service.
worst place i moved into im moving out immediately. rent it only for a month in august-September. when i called to ask what are my options because i couldn’t pay. they said oh when can you pay there no payment plan or anything. when i signed my lease they said there a payment plan i was extremely excited because payment plans are cheaper for me but it turned out it was auto pay.

What should be an easy and straightforward rental prices is anything but that. If you rent a storage unit online, you then have to either call them or come into the office to access your unit. The problem is that when I called, the guy wasn't available to help me (busy doing something else) and the office is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They need to modernize their process. They have a customer portal, not sure why they can't provide access information through the portal.

If you rent a van here. Make sure you take your own pictures including mileage before and after the rental. Don't leave until you have a receipt that matches.

PJ at Plateau Heated Storage is a fantastic manager and front desk operator — you’ll see him running around all parts of the storage facility, then appear lightning fast at the front desk (this guy is quick on his feet)! The facility itself is clean and sanitized. We’ve been renting a unit for years and have never experienced a problem with rodents or bugs, not even once. It’s well-run, clean, easily accessible, and there’s ample parking.

I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with.
