DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE MOVERS WERE OVER TWO HOURS LATE!! MY VANITY WAS BROKEN IN THE PROCESS OF THEM MOVING MY FURNITURE AS WELL AS MY 70” TV!! ONE OF THE MOVERS WAS RUDE AS WELL AS THE BOSS!! I WISH I WOULD’VE TOOK MY TIME LOOKING FOR MOVERS WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS PROPERTY NOT JUST A MONEY HUNGRY “COMPANY”
I wouldn't recommend this company unless you don't have much to move. They lost my screws to my bed and never tried to compensate me for it and tried to rush out before reconnecting everything. So my bed had to be assembled by someone else and they didn't even take the time to connect my washer correctly. They just wanted to get everything in and leave. I tipped them before everything was done and I should not have.
You have the wrong company , we have no records of moving a Brittany Williams .
DO NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE! If I could give this business 0 stars I would! We were moved by 2 YOUNG men that were polite and punctual. However, they did not value our items and keep them safe, which is one of the reasons a customer seek out Professional and Insured help when moving. First, they DROPPED and MAJORLY damaged my daughter's nightstand. We spoke with Andrew and agreed on the payout for the weight of the nightstand. We figured, no worries it's just a nightstand.
We tried to accommodate you and take $100 off the move for the 2 damages dressers due to one of our guys slipping on the wet surface instead of making you go through the insurance and waiting six months for the $.60 on the pound like most companies would have done .
Scheduled my move a week in advance, put down a deposit and had a scheduled arrival time of 9-9:30. Got a call from them at 10:15 the morning of that they were cancelling. I'm not unreasonable, I understand things can happen that are out of our control. The big problem was the attitude that the owner Andrew had with me on the phone, he was extremely aggressive and rude and raised his voice at me from the get go. And he made me feel like it was ridiculous for me to ask for a discount for the inconvenience.
We tried our best explaining the best we could that it was out of our control one of our trucks broke down and there was no U-haul available to rent . We offered a discount multiple times for the inconvenience and a spot first thing in the morning or your depoist back to book elsewhere .
I used this company for my last move and decided to use them again as I didn’t recall any issues with the last move. HUGE mistake! They broke one of my dressers by clearly dropping it off the side of the truck, said it happened during transport, then tried to blame me saying I told them not to wrap it up, which was a lie, and it was wrapped up by them. My wife was inside and heard the piece shatter. Then they just left the glass all in the road and pieces laying everywhere for us to clean up.
Let’s start from the beginning.. they gave me a time window between 8:30 and 9:30am and showed up at 10:15am.. they called while we were waiting to let us know one of the drivers had a long night so they are running late.. that right there was very unprofessional..the move took place.. I can say the movers themselves were friendly..after the move was complete. I noticed my refrigerator had damage plus I would mention the unprofessional tardiness..
They took longer than they should have. Because only 1 of the guys was working. I was told there would be 3 guys but 1 didnt show up and they were running late so the own took the price down which was great but they took too long. My 29 yr old daughter took down most of her own stuff. We had everything but 1 bed ready to load. When i went to express my dissatisfaction in a way just like above the owner told me i was pathetic and ungrateful At that point i lost it.
Terrible moving company. Called them to move, they showed up a 1hr and 40 mins late. When I called about being compensated for my inconvenience Andrew answered the phone and was rude & told me “I ain’t taking no money off” before I could get a word off. Mind you I switched shifts at work to be off during this time to be present and rearranged my day all to be dealt with rudely and inconvenienced.

Edgar and Jose did an excellent job moving us today. We likely would have gotten a divorce or ended up in the er if we had moved ourselves. They were prompt, had great communication, incredibly friendly, fast, and thoughtful in how they placed everything. No damages, no scuffs, no complaints. First time using movers and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Platinum!!

After reading the reviews I think my situation is the reason people score the company either high or low. They came to our home yesterday on short notice and the movers encountered my daughter who did not have her items packed properly for a professional move, nor was she available to manage what needed to be moved. Therefore, the company repacked her items and wrapped all the furniture properly before loading.

Although I can't call them the best because I don't have enough experience. I will say they did the same job backwards that I paid a lot more for to put all the stuff in storage after moving and had a lot less caregiving to my things then where these guys came in like Superman meets Mr clean and knocked out what took the better part of two days the last time in three and a half hours and it's all in one place.

SUPER MOVING COMPANY!! FAIR AND COMPETITIVE PRICING!! PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY!! STRESS-FREE MOVE 😳...REALLY!! Lol...sounds like a commercial! 😂 I cannot believe the pain-free move I had yesterday with Platinum Movers. I have moved many times as an adult (as many have) and this time was unbelievably STRESS FREE! HONEST!! After a few questions, I got the "straight to the point--best out of 4 companies called" quote from Andrew. The day of the move I received a phone call from the guys giving me an ETA.
