I ended up being overcharged for the service they provided. To get my business, they gave me a quote for a 3BR home saying that everything was included in the price but when all my furniture didn't fit in their truck, they charged me more to come back the next day with a smaller truck and still they couldn’t finish the job because the truck wasn’t too small. The movers were good but be prepared for the hidden fees and extra charges.
Hey Simone, I am sorry for any stress and confusion that was caused on your move. We gave you a price for one truck and three professional movers. Upon moving day, you filled one truck to capacity and needed a second truck to move the remaining items.

These guys were nothing short of amazing. Respectful, responsive, responsible, hard working, great communicators and high integrity. Every request we had was met with "we'll take care of it." Platinum Moving & Delivery LLC was beyond understanding and flexible as I navigated the uncertainty of closing on my new home.
