We started out with a very rough POD start. However once we got to our destination we could t be happier with the service from our POD driver Troy. Super nice, on time and made sure he didn’t run over unnecessary landscape. He was so kind and friendly! Troy came back and picked up the Pods as well. Same smiling guy and same great service! Thank you!!!!

After a very disappointing situation with a moving company I switched to PODS and it was the best decision for my peace of mind. You load and unload at your pace, they arrived in the time bracket they said and drivers were super nice. Shout out to Frank W. In Florida, that very responsible called to ask what direction we wanted the pod but I was away of my phone and didn’t answer.

My delivery started out on the wrong foot, the pod was loaded so the roll up door was to face my fence. When ordering it I chose for it to face the road not the fence. Troy my delivery person was very nice and explained to me that it was put in for it to face the fence. He tried to contact his supervisor with no luck, so to make me happy and to keep the company from losing my business he unloaded it and turned it around to face the way I ordered it from the start. I'm now a happy customer thanks to Troy.

The local guys are amazing. Troy was fantastic for us today dropping us off where we needed it. But customer service is a massive pain but, seems like it’s an overseas call center that’s grossly understaffed. You cannot talk to a person to get the issues that you have resolved in a timely manner.
