Malik Oxley is the number one driver. He was punctual, courteous, understanding and helpful. The 16 ft container was too big Malik left and came back with a 12ft container in under 45 minutes. Absolutely a pleasure to hire pods definitely will use again!

The driver was communicative about his whereabouts and ETA. He managed expectations well. I was concerned about timing and expiry because the only reasonable parking was about 50 yards from my apartment building and it was in the middle of winter in NYC after a snowstorm. The driver was very reassuring and shared his experiences of similar moves. I felt like he had my back

Malik Oxley did a fantastic job placing the Pod precisely where we needed it within quarter of an inch! Explained and describe the process very clearly . Very careful Precision handling of the podzilla! He was very careful to clear wires and asked all the right questions concerning moving of the podzilla over grass and other surfaces. Great job all around thank you Malik!

After a frustrating experience hearing different delivery dates from different pods representatives after booking movers, the guys at this facility pulled thru and really helped us out. I had been told multiple delivery dates and zero confirmation about them so when I showed up and my pod wasn’t one of the two that was scheduled to get picked up that day I was nervous, but they helped me out a ton, got my pod down and made it accessible so that my movers could come as scheduled.
