*BEWARE* Do not use this company at all they are complete scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would. I must admit that the only professional employee was the sales associate, Peter. Other than himself I did not care to speak with anyone else. When they picked up my items the drivers arrived late, and Pablo was rude had the audacity to ask me for a tip when one of the guys broke a leg on my dresser. The company did take off $150 off the total which was nothing, but it was appreciated.

Stereotypical bait and switch. Quoted me one price then showed up at my daughters and doubled it. Then promised it would be delivered at beginning of week in June since my husband and I were only there that week to help my daughter get settled in. Well they didn’t show til 9:30 pm that Thursday we were leaving Saturday, they kept promising days and times and continuously switched them. We had one day to help her. Then to add insult to injury they lost some of her things and can’t find them.

Hello Its really unfortunate that after waiting for a positive response for over 6 months, I am forced to writethese things. I moved from Nj to Nc on june 28th 2024,and my stuff was delivered soon after, with the exception that 2 square glass frames from my buffet were missing. this was duly noted and accepted by the associates who moved my stuff. Now began the saga of lies upon lies reiterating that they found my missing glass panes in the warehouse and would be delivered on the very next truck to Nc....

WORST COMPANY!! DO NOT USE unless you want to be scammed and have your furniture and items broken! When dealing with the salesman we were promised a flat rate, no extra charges and the entire 26ft truck for just us and a guaranteed delivery date. We were told it would go straight to our destination right when we loaded it up. All of this was a lie. They showed up and tried to charge us an extra $2000 because they claimed they brought a 28ft truck instead and if we filled it we would be charged.

We are in the process of moving from NY to Florida. While we had an estimator come out from Prestine to assess the cost -- we ended up being charged 20% more for the move after they packed up our apartment in June. I was okay with this, estimator un-estimated... whatever. We had Prestine store our belonging for a few months until we found a house in Miami.

Although I found Michael and Arlene to be extremely kind, helpful and professional, I definitely do not recommend this company for a long distance move. We obviously had more items to move than I expected, but our price doubled from the estimate to the actual cost, a difference of 4K. In addition, the movers COVERED our furniture and boxes with packing tape (that you pay for, by the roll). Some of the tape was placed directly on the furniture, ruining it.

Oh, communication is just thriving at the moment! The drivers decided to make a fashionably late entrance, completely disregarding my time constraints. I kindly reached out to discuss this matter, only to have a delightful chat with the owner who was the epitome of professionalism, knowledge, and politeness. He graciously screamed at me, making me feel like my time was truly valued. And let's not forget their impeccable execution of our contractual agreement - or lack thereof.

They made my worst nightmare over the moving. I moved out of state. They gave me an estimate then charge me more than 50% extra because too many stuff and they let this know with me after they started to packing up. They made pictures about my apartment and they made fun of my stuff. The movers were rude. The boss did the same over the phone. They even left lot of stuff in my old apartment because the truck is full and I need one more extra truck (with more extra money). I don't recommend for nobody this company.

I really recommend Pristine Van Lines movers. The driver and the two other workers were phenomenal!! They were very polite! They did an Awsome job of wrapping the furnitures and the packing and wrapping of the boxes and crates. From the moment that they walked in I had a good feeling about them and their mannerisms! They were respectful of property too. They worked well as a team which team work is very important to get a job well done!

Moving from Brooklyn to Fort Lauderdale had me nervous from the start, mostly because I’ve had movers show up late or not at all. But this time was different. Daniel confirmed everything the night before, and the crew showed up right when they said they would. They worked fast, didn’t waste time, and packed every box like they’d done this a thousand times. Everything made it to Fort Lauderdale without a single scratch. I was shocked that not even our glass lamp shades were cracked.
