The pod was great but the pickup time shifted earlier and earlier and the driver showed up prior to the pickup window without calling so we weren't able to finish packing. The inconsistency with the pickup window made it difficult to properly plan. Update: we were informed that our pod would be delayed by 4 days the day before it's scheduled drop off after making a cross country trip in order to keep the initially agreed upon schedule after the pod was picked up early (without notice) and we were unable to finish…

I scheduled a pickup for 5/20/24 & they sent me an email that pickup would be between 4-7:30 pm. I never received any phone calls from the driver, so around 7:25 pm I went into my emails to call them to see what happened, and saw that they sent me an email at 7 pm stating my pickup had been pushed back to 5/23/24! So I called because I am closing 5/21/24 & need the Pod picked up! They said the driver couldn't get the pod because of the placement ...utterly ridiculous!

Initially I was told the pod could be delivered and picked up anywhere anytime.After telling the employee the storage facility policy required it to be picked up from their property same day they refused to ship the pod so I had to unload it at the pods container storage facility. For the amount of money they charge they could be more up-front with their policy.

Pod came with our lock cut off and a weird combo lock in it's place. Customer service was no help and couldn't give a reasonable explanation. Everything was in disarray in the pod like the driver had been wahooing with our personal items. I probably won't need another pod but it left me doubting the security at the facility.

We recommend container sizes based on the average needs of our customers. Each customer has a different amount of belongings in different sizes, so we can’t guarantee a specific container size or amount will work for absolutely everyone.

Louis Rivera from Pods dropped off our storage container right on time, put it exactly where we needed it!! It took us 3 days to pack it with our belongings and with one phone call Mark returned to tuck it away at their warehouse! Mark was the driver who picked up the container, texted with us on the day of pickup and arrived at precisely the time he estimated! Gently picked up the container, secured it and it was gone just that fast - thanks Mark for your prompt and careful service!! 😀

Louis Rivera delivered our pod today. He was extremely professional and polite! He did a great job, making sure that the pod was placed correctly on the driveway and he was very careful to make sure that nothing was damaged in the process. He took the time to explain to us how to open and close the pod and how to stack our items. This is the first time we have used pods, so we are very grateful for his advice! Five star service for sure!

We moved from PA to central FL. Our experience was mixed and I am providing 2 reviews of this move. One for the local teams that supported us and a seperate review (see that review please it will be worth the effort). This review covers the local teams in Allentown and Orlando/Sanford. Those teams are wonderful and supportive and we would still be waiting for our possessions without them.
