I was charged close to a $1000 more than quoted. Plus, the container arrived late initially to my residence. Then because there were pick up issues, the comments were logged as my request not drive scheduling issues. I ended up having to reschedule my move to my new home for three weeks. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

My overall PODS experience was horrible. The driver hit my house and knocked the downspout off the house and damaged both my yard and my neighbors yard. PODS customer service is inferior. They were difficult to deal with and gave me a very hard time with getting the damages repaired. I was also forced to accept the lowest contractor quotes Not at all customer friendly, no apologies from PODS for the issues. When it was time for the container pickup they sent the same driver who caused the original damage.

Drivers who delivered containers and picked them up were excellent. The negative experience dealt with the person who took my order on the phone. The price quoted to me and was supposed to be used for the moving loan approval, was screwed up and didn't include the delivery of my PODS. The loan company (Acorn Financial) reviewed the original order and found that PODS failed to identify the delivery of the PODS to my new residence on the original order.

Many items were broken in the pods transport pretty much anything made of glass. Everything was packed very well, but it was a long trip and I would guess a lot of vibration in transit. But what made it worse when the driver (from Melbourne, FL location) picked up the container he went with a battery powered leaf blower and blew out the debris in my driveway which included tiny broken glass pieces from inside the container and left me to clean up the driveway for that reason 1 star review.

The loader here seems to always have a bad day. The door time is 6am and pod drivers don’t get here until 7 and tho I’m here first I still have to wait on him to load his drivers first which is at 7 🤦🏾♂️ …

I ordered a POD for temporary storage, and JOVAN did a wonderful job delivering the POD to our house. The delivery went smooth and quick. It was also quite entertaining to watch the Podzilla hydraulic device in action! Before the delivery, I was worried that there would be a delivery truck driving through our yard, but that was put to rest quickly as we watched the Podzilla delivery process. There was no damage to our yard and things went very smoothly. Thank you Jovan for the great service!

Great experience moving cross country with PODs! Their moving team led by Hot Rod packed so efficiently and ensured my items arrived safely. Then the local drivers Dom and Mike did an excellent job and communicated perfectly throughout delivery to my driveway. Highly recommend!

We had a bumpy start to the delivery of the original ordered POD. But, it was made right and was scheduled and delivered the very next morning. The POD was picked up today Kyle. What a pleasure working with him. He called when he was on his way to let us know when he’d arrive. Very punctual! Kyle arrived right on time then discussed options the options for our second POD delivery in a few weeks. He explained about the pavers and the best placement for the bigger POD.
