EVERYTHING TURNED YELLOW!!! On June 22nd our POD was delivered to our new home after being i storage for over a year. Upon opening it we immediately noticed several items discolored from a cream color to a yellow color.Anything that was a cream , white, or beige had turned yellow… After completely unpacking we estimated a loss of close to $7k (with depreciation) Sectional couch- discolored and yellow Coffee table and end tables - discolored and finish was melted and stuck to other items Night stands - discolored…

I really wanted to like PODS, but unfortunately my experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue was reliability—delivery and pickup times were not consistent, and despite scheduling well in advance, the container arrived late or not at the time window. There was little or no contact from the driver as I was told there would be. This caused unnecessary stress during an already hectic moving process. Customer service wasn’t much help either.

Very disappointing experience with PODS I moved from Florida to Michigan and honestly had a terrible experience with PODS. First, they were extremely unreliable when delivering and picking up the container. When my belongings were on their way to Michigan, I had a GPS tracker inside one of my bags, and it showed me that the container was already parked just 20 minutes from my house.

BUYER BE AWARE!!! They absolutely the best for bringing out, picking up and storing. SHOULD a SCHEDULED delivery not be able to be done due to weather conditions… saying if we pull in your driveway and get stuck are you willing to pay 800.00 to have towed out!! No worries ma’am we will schedule a re-delivery time in a couple days!!!

Said they couldn’t gain access to the parking lot and pulled away. Never told me until i called after waiting 6 hrs. Said they would come back next week. Why come back if u cant get in? Company is a scam. Run far away. Use pack rat. They showed up within hours notice with 3 large shipping pods. Pack rat for the win

I had to organize a large move from Boca Raton to Orlando, all while planning and executing three other major life events at the same time. I knew I needed time to load slowly instead of a one day pack up, but I didn't know where to start. From the customer service I received from Steven, who patiently helped me work through my time frames, needs, and budget and ending with the pick up of the empty POD in Orlando, my experience was EXCELLENT! Miss Cheryl was amazing! She pulled a rabbit out of a hat! I have never seen such a lovely kind friendly person, go above and beyond her job. Miss Cheryl did exactly that 💯! I told her she is an angel sent from heaven. Her skills are amazing on that machine. I drive a forklift at work! I cant hold a candle to her. She Whoudinid that pod into my space and saved the day and my year and my life. She doesn't need accolades. They are nice, so give them as you should. A raise would be better.
