I have to say I am very disapointed with my experience. It clearly says on the website that payment is due the day of service, yet my card was run the day before and because I had not deposited the money into my account yet they cancled my whole order. I immediatly called the next morning and whoever redid my order screwed up the directions severly. When they were finally delivered 2 days late they could not be placed where I wanted them because of the directions that were placed on the truck.

The driver was fantastic she explained things to me that your sales officer neglected. I hate the no human contact thing. My delivery time kept changing. No response to texts and chats I tried to have. ONLY YOUR DRIVER WAS HELPFUL

There was no issue with the initial container drop-off in my old home state. My complaint isn't with Pinellas Park PODS, but more with PODS in general. PODS is more expensive than other companies offering this service, and I specifically chose PODS because of their city delivery option. I didn't have that much stuff, so I didn't think a full-service moving and storage company would be worth it.

The guys who were sent to our house (final destination) were novices, the first one who dropped off our full container didn't make us feel like he knew what he was doing and was clearly nervous. The pick up of the POD was a trainee and his trainer. The trainee did not wait for the trainer to get out of the truck and started maneuvering the hydraulic system all on his own and was slamming things about. We were certain he was literally going to break the system and destroy the truck right before our very eyes.

Probably about the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Our Pods pickup driver unilaterally decided she couldn’t make a pickup because she couldn’t move her rig through a 17 foot opening. Not only was she late, but she was absolutely unhelpful. All sorts of photos support that her “26 years of Class A drivers license” could have easily maneuvered into position. Apparently already over 3 hours late, she needed to be somewhere else. If you have the chance for DIY, avoid Pods.

PODS delivered POD on neighbors driveway and PODS corporate was insistent that I pay a $159 relocation fee (to move it 6’ right). What makes it even more incorrigible is that they came back the next day to remove an empty POD but refused …

The unit is on wheels with a remote yet the road was blocked for a good half way before 8am.. yall need to do some retraining

Jessie did a hell if an awesome job picking up my pod without damaging my house nor the neighbors fence. He even raked the dirt that he disturbed with the Podzilla wheels. He was professional, pleasant, polite and positively the most careful person out of the 20 plus people who have on and off my property over the past 2 months while parts of my house were getting a makeover.

"Big Mike" dropped off our POD today (07-06-2026) this guy exhibited stellar customer service and was extremely kind. The POD was placed on the truck backwards and he ensured whether or not the orientation was correct. "Big Mike took the time to re-orienent the POD so it met my needs for ease of loading. Big Mike is seriously the best. After our PODS pickup, six huge boxes were unexpectedly delivered to my property after we had already closed. He called me during pickup coordination, I mentioned I was worried about package pirates, and without me even asking, he moved every box behind our fenced area to keep them safe. Such a simple gesture, but it saved me a huge headache. He definitely didn’t have to do that, and I really appreciated him looking out for me.
