Oh boy….where do I start. First they told me a 3 bedroom 2 bath house would fit all my belongings. It didn’t. So then I had to rent a U-Haul to load the rest of my belongings. Then when the Pod arrived at my house I unloaded it and they came to pick it up the next day. The driver that came started to load the pod on her truck and then just stopped in the middle of it and drove away with no explanation of anything.

I went to warehouse ,office door was locked at about 1pm garage door was open , sign says stay out of warehouse and ring door bell which I did many times also says call phone number on sign, I called many times but it went to phone sitting on a forklift just inside the garage door and no one answered. So I sat out front for almost 2 hours, there were 5 cars parked in front of warehouse.

1 star due to the return delivery of my pods order. The first dropoff was great at the old house. The new house delivery was a total disaster. The driver had a bad attitude immediately when he called me cause he was looking at old google maps. He came to my house and refused to deliver the pod anywhere near my house. I then had to hire my own movers and truck, go to the PODs facility, take everything out, load in a new truck, and then unload my furniture.

Absolutely horrible experience because when my container arrived, nearly 50% of my items inside were damaged. I had everything professionally wrapped and secured within the POD and this was my second move, no issues the first time. It looked as if my container had been flipped over and tossed around. I will never use PODs again.

We had the WORST driver who not only refused to drop off the POD, but was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. When we scheduled the drop off, PODS asked us questions regarding the clearance to make sure they weren't going to be any issues. After giving them all the info, and PODS looking at the site via Google, they gave the A-OK and so we booked the date over a week in advance.

Paperwork indicates 6am to 3pm for deliveries. Arrived at 545am, was told we will get to you maybe around 700 or 730. Its 715 now. When asked why the paperwork indicates 600am, I was told I don't write the paperwork. Complete disregard for others and their precious time.

My POD delivery driver provided excellent customer service. She provided ETA updates during the 3-hour delivery window, arrived promptly, provided information, tips, and instructions regarding proper use of the POD, and assisted with ensuring that clarification was provided for all questions that I asked, by calling the customer service center and inquiring on my behalf. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Cheyenne. She definitely contributed to the moving process going smoothly.

Mr Tom Teller and Mike did a stellar job, just like pros. We help process was incredibly smooth and very simple to navigate, the emails and texts that I received were right on time, the drivers were right on time for both the drop offs and pickups. I would definitely use pods again. Definitely worth the price, it might not be for everybody, but maybe it should be?
