I called this company because they had good reviews. We had a Veteran and his young family to get moved on this one particular date. Moe took all of the pertinent information. I called back the week of the move to confirm the date, time and both addresses. Moe said they would arrive between 10 & 11. The day of the move they never showed up - I guess they don't work when it rains. No response at all to my phone calls, voice message or text.

Terrible. So bad it felt like it was a comedy and the joke was on us. They were over an hour late. Didn't have the appropriate equipment (dollies, tools, etc). Their crew wasn't prepared with food or drinks. It took WAY longer than they estimated so it cost us significantly more than they quoted, and they were at our house very late at night. It took longer because they were not prepared, organized, or experienced. Almost felt like a scam.

Awful experience. Total amateurs. They broke things. Lost items. Showed up late. Took way longer than they said due to not being efficient or prepared which, since they bill hourly cost us a significant amount of money. Overall very unprofessional.

Listen very carefully. Do not use this company at all. They tore up alot of my property and they do not want to take full responsibility for replacing my belongings. Very personable while scheduling. NO SHOW on moving day, no response to calls, chat, emails. Infuriating customer experience easily avoidable with common courtesy.

The team arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and handled all of my daughter's belongings with care. They efficiently loaded and unloaded everything, making the moving process stress-free. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the way they went the extra mile to ensure everything was placed exactly as my daughter wanted it.

This team is made up of very hard-working strong men and women . I booked for six hours and they got the job done in five very respectable and very cautious with all of my items also, the price was very fair. The cheapest I found out here in Lynchburg. I can’t ask for a better team to move my stuff and will be using them again in the future for anything that I need to be moved. Thank you all for your hard work
