In their own words
I hired this company for a local move, and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. I paid for a 3 person crew, but only two movers consistently worked while the third spent much of the time talking and on the phone. The move took considerably longer than it should have, even though I had already moved a large portion of my belongings before they arrived. The company also appeared to outsource the move.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
PR Handy Movers provides prompt and professional help for ALL your moving needs. I had a very complicated move that was time sensitive. This company attended to all of my concerns in the most attentive and careful way while being friendly and courteous. They are hard working and well worth the investment! I will certainly be using their services again.
I was in need of help to lift a very heavy treadmill to my second floor bedroom. I made a few calls and found PR Handy Movers who were not only able assist me but were able to do it the same day and for a very reasonable rate. The guys gave me a time when they would be able to stop by and they showed up on time. They made quick work of the treadmill, getting it upstairs and in place faster than I was able to get it out of the box.
Patrick and his team did an amazing job with our move. Moving is always a stressful process, but he made everything smooth and manageable from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I did run into an issue with one of his team members, but Patrick handled it immediately and resolved it without any hassle. That level of accountability really stood out. I highly recommend Patrick if you are looking for a reliable and professional moving company.
I first hired PR Handy Movers after purchasing a three-story home. I was renovating the master bathroom on the third floor and needed to move a 400-pound marble vanity up multiple sets of stairs and around several bends. I had previously contacted other movers in the area for this task. Some didn't show up, and those who did left without completing the difficult job. The ones who succeeded were PR Handy Movers! Later, when it was time to move into the home, I hired them again for my personal items and furniture.
