WARNING – DO NOT HIRE. !!! THEY ARE NOT LICENSED AND ARE DOING MOVES ILLEGALLY - SEE ATTACHED LETTER FROM the GA Department of Public Safety. They have received a penalty and cease and desist letter from the state. The company damaged one of our 70’’ flat screen televisions they were not supposed to touch and then concealed the damage. We had our move this past weekend. We did not trust them to move any of our TVs, so we moved them ahead of time.

I called in to get a quote now maybe about five minutes ago the guy who answered the phone gave me a price. He never asked me what I was moving and then I asked him again for a quote. He went on to say I can send you an email. You can fill out what it is that you have and then I can give you a quote and I told him I do not have time for that. I wanted to tell him the items that I had so that I can receive a quote and move forward.

Unfortunately, this was a stressful move for me and Precious Cargo Movers didn’t make it easier. The movers were arguing the entire time. They complained the job was too big. They kept missing items and would get frustrated when I pointed it out. They left a dresser. I was working every day so by the time I noticed the following week, I reached out to them. The owner, Jackson, agreed to get it but canceled last minute and didn’t respond to let me know when they could bring the item.

If there was such a thing as “negative stars” that’s what this company would receive. The job was quite simple-move a washer and dryer set and refrigerator from one house to the next. The movers did not use plastic for the flooring in the home that was being sold AND broke the faucet connected to the refrigerator. This was a $600 bill.

This second move didn't go nearly as well as my first experience. While one of the movers were the same, they damaged my walls, broke one of my really expensive vases, knocked over candles on my counter causing wax to be all over my new flooring, broke my hair dryer, and one of the movers smelled so badly, it made me nauseous. I could still smell his odor on my bags and in the room he was mostly in long after they left!

Definitely my first choice for movers. This was my first experience; quick, professional and helpful. They communicated prior to their arrival, arrived early and worked efficiently and effectively. I didn’t feel rushed and they even connected my washer and dryer. I was supposed to have my bed installed, but I lost my screws not their fault, they were ready to complete the task. These gentlemen that i worked with , Jackson, Pierre & Isiah were absolutely outstanding to work with. The entire process was seamless from inquiring about services and pricing, to the signing of the contract. Everything on the contract made perfect sense. Paying for the services was a breeze with the 1 click invoice options that they provide. The movers arrived early & finished before my time limit was reached. No damage was had throughout the entire move.

Precious Cargo Movers were the absolute best! I had a short window to pack a U-Haul with two pickups. Kelvin's team were prompt, professional and hustled! Two locations and travel under the minimum, absolutely amazing!. I appreciate Kelvin's team when we arrived at the second location which was not ready for movers. The guys gracefully and kindly assisted and made it all happen. And the packing of that truck was just artful! I called around but chose these guys because they just seemed to care.

We used Precious Cargo over the weekend for an office move, and they were absolutely phenomenal! First and foremost, they were reliable. They were exactly where they were supposed to be, on-time, two days in a row. All the guys were very nice, super hardworking, and fast! They took apart furniture, wrapped everything to keep it safe, moved everything, put things back together on the other side, and hauled away stuff we didn't want to the dumpster.
