Review of Premium Q Moving and Storage Tampa 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 THEY SCRATCHED ALL MY FURNITURE !!!! I can't begin to describe how disastrous my experience with Premium Q Moving and Storage Tampa was. From the start, everything went wrong. The movers arrived late and clearly had no idea how to handle furniture with care. Not only were they inefficient, but they managed to break absolutely everything they touched. From appliances to furniture and fragile items, nothing escaped their clumsiness.

I cannot recommend this moving company based on my experience. I was initially quoted one price, but at the last minute the cost was increased without any prior notification or explanation. This left me with little choice but to accept the higher price because the move was already underway. Clear communication about pricing should happen before moving day, not after customers have committed. In addition, the movers placed furniture in the wrong rooms despite being given instructions.

Disappointing experience with this mover. The moving team was good, wrapped most all items in move blankets, but consistently put boxes in the wrong room. Communication was sometime cumbersome as a couple of the movers didn’t speak English. Do not have them pack as it takes forever when paying by the hour (why wrap plastic cups 4 times?). I had to stop their packing after about 4 hours with minimal boxes packed and finish the kitchen packing myself.

I do not usually come online to write poor reviews, but I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone in the Tampa area. We received a quote on the phone, the gentleman we spoke to even looked at our zillow listing to determine size of home and furniture needing loaded, only to have the moving team arrive day of move and tell us the cost would be DOUBLE our initial quote. In addition to the horrid communication about price, a signed poster of my husband’s has gone missing.

Pretty disappointed overall with this company after using them for a move from Saint Petersburg to South Tampa (with a stop at a storage unit) in February 2024. They damaged several items, scuffed multiple walls, and didn't call to notify me that they had accidentally kept a glass table top for my dining room table (which is now completely useless). The guys were nice but 2 of them only spoke english and the other guy only spoke spanish, so there was a lot of confusion and poor communication amongst the team.

Disappointed with the experience. I was charged nearly double the original estimate, and it felt like they intentionally overused materials like tape just to inflate the cost. They also started charging the hourly rate before even arriving at my location, which seems unfair. On top of that, everything arrived intact except my signed movie poster—which conveniently disappeared. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

One of the movers decided to put a box in the attic and punched a giant hole in my ceiling. Company refused to repair the hole stating “unsafe conditions” even though he went up there without my permission and stepped off the beams which everyone knows not to do. They also broke a glass ceiling lamp shade and dinged up a lot of my furniture- which they tried to blame on the storage company.

Why does the crew have my number and harass me the next day for tip. I’m the one that asked where to send tip to NO ONE should have my number to harass me at 715 am the next day for tip. Along with them not doing a good estimate on move cost this text asking for tip took me over the loop. I’m a big tipper and I have moved many times not my first rodeo but prob one of worst !
