The rating breakdown
2 of the 29 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Prestige Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 29 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I arranged for the movers a few weeks in advance. I even agreed to the terms laid out in a message from who I assume to be the owner. Moving day comes and they are nowhere to be found. I called multiple times and texted like a teenager, no answer. Finally, after doing most of the moving myself, I received a message from the owner: "I just found my phone." This was more than two hours after they were supposed to arrive, per our agreement.
The movers are great the employees. Work diligently, organized, friendly. My wife was so grateful and appreciative of the movers and gave them cold drinks throughout container loading. The service was good had to reschedule due to moving container not coming on time. Was charged a reschedule fee ok thats fine. Companies cut you short on time or over charge you for time hence my wife literally started a timer when the guys started working. She is the one that told the guys to stop after 2 hours minimum was up.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I needed last minute movers to help me pack a Pod so I tried Prestige Movers. Not only were they able to accomodate me but they were on time, very efficient, and experienced, polite, and friendly. By the end of the job I was so impressed that Reid and Jay were able to pack so many things in the container that I called them again last minute to try to pack the rest of the things.
Very professional. Arrived at the time that they communicated they would be here. Immediately went to work packing, protecting and moving the items we wanted to move. Plus the climb up the hill was beyond difficult but not a comment was made. We would definitely hire Prestige Movers again.
I ordered a POD for an out of state move and was feeling overwhelmed trying to visualize how to load it. So I hired Prestige Movers. The crew arrived early, which was fantastic. They did a quick walk-through to assess what needed to be packed and how they would do it. They clearly described the steps to their loading process. They further exceeded my expectations with how they prepared items to ship. So much care and detail was used when packing the mirrors and other fragile items.
Today I called Prestige Movers at 12:00 pm after being stood up by another company. Prestige was at my door ready to load a 28 ft trailer at 2:50 for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They handled all my belongings with care. The movers were punctual and worked quickly without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Prestige Movers to anyone in need of a reliable and stress-free moving experience.
