In their own words
Do not recommend! In 2016, my husband and I moved abroad for the first and only time in our lives. After a lot of research we chose Prestige to do the packing because they were the ones the company who actually did the international moving (True North Relocation LLC.) recommended. The first thing was to have the "expert" from Prestige come to our home to evaluate how much 'stuff ' we had in order to calculate what container would fit our needs in.

Prestige is an agent for United Van Lines - expensive full service movers. We hired them & paid $10,000 to move, feeling confident we had a reputable mover. Moving day started before 8 am & they were finished & ready to leave at 9 pm at night. At that time, they presented a 14 page itemized list of what they packed and required us to sign it. Everything was already packed and there were tons of abbreviations & codes for everything.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Prestige Moving & Storage - Bend, OR, as we take pride in providing professional movers near Portland who prioritize customer satisfaction.
Some aspects of our move from Redmond to Hillsboro were good, others poor. An expensive floor lamp was omitted from the inventory and subsequently turned up missing. It has not been located. A lamp finial was dropped on an end table shattering multiple layers of the finish. It is impossible to give this company a good rating because of these two incidents.

Before calling this company, read all of the reviews!!!!! Products not recorded on inventory sheets that show up missing. Rude responses with no desire to satisfy customer issues seems to be the theme for this very expensive moving company. Good luck.

In their own words
Prestige moved us into our new home last month. They showed up exactly on time. Dave, the driver, was very professional and obviously a stickler for detail. He supervised a very efficient and impressive move in less time than we thought possible. He was assisted by 'Z', Kellon and Kaydon, three energetic young guys who made the work look easy. They put things in the right place as marked, stacked boxes in a neat and orderly way, moved the furniture in without a scratch.

Just finished our move with the amazing team at Prestige Moving and Storage after a year of waiting for our house to finish in Phoenix, Arizona. Simply amazing! We had to move away from Bend on short notice in August of 2021. When we first contacted Bryan M. (General Manager), it seemed too good to true on the level of service and professionalism he spoke with regarding his company's personnel and services...

Best Move Ever! We were totally impressed by the service, communication, follow-through and skill from Prestige Moving & Storage, starting with our contact with Carl for the estimate, our moving crew Derrick, Joe and Brandon, then questions to the office (Bryan and Carl). Derrick (the driver) and his crew (Joe and Brandon) loaded us up in CRR, with Derrick and Joe making the drive to Salem to deliver to our storage unit.
