Primetime Movers

I hire this company to move me in December 2022. The person I spoke to was very professional , they arrived on time. As soon as they walked into my home i started doubting the crew! 2 were young and disinterested, the leader was ok. I told the crew what i wanted and they started working. I was originally quoted 5 to 6 hrs timeline for the move. These guys moved so slow, and I believe deliberately to make more money! They left ahead of me by almost 30 mins to my new house, i made it before them!

Prime time movers that I had out of Nevada were the worst company I have every used. They started off being very kind over the phone but when the time came to the move day, the movers were not very nice at all. They kept adding on things that were not in my contact but said they could not do the move with out using them. They did not arrive until 2 in the afternoon and did not finish until around 8:30 that evening. Okay, on our way, then the arrival, OMG, they open the truck doors and I wanted to cry.

Owner was very rude to me and my wife after we demanded money on a broken vase that has been passed down for generations. The owner Matt started cursing and me and my wife and even started to go own to talk about a “broken election” after noticing we are Mexican Americans. I HIGHLY suggest you go elsewhere. That vase I can never get back and to get nothing in return is just so heartbreaking.

If I could rate Primetime Movers 0 stars, I would. I requested services from this company about two weeks ago for Friday 07/09/2021. On Friday morning, I received a call from Cole (one of the movers). He stated that it was storming really bad and asked me if I would like to reschedule (Almost trying to persuade me to reschedule). I told him no, this is the only day I could move. He said okay and we hung up the phone. He called back and asked me to give him details on what they would be moving. I did. He said okay.

Last August we hired Primetime Movers to take our furniture to a storage unit in Bartlett. Since we were moving a brand new $6,000 Herman Miller chair, I repeatedly asked the movers to pay specific attention to it. They wrapped it well, but unbeknownst to me, they put it on its side and proceeded to stack other heavier items on top of it. Unfortunately, I did not find out until 9 months later when we opened our storage unit to prepare for a cross country move.

While they actually showed up early for my move on September 1st, it was not a good experience for me. They damaged two pieces of my furniture--one piece they dropped while unloading, and the other was done due to the way it was packed on the truck.They offered to either take some cost off the move or have their furniture repair service try to fix the damage caused by the movers. I thought it would be more convenient to have their furniture repair service take care of it since I like the pieces.

I was so disappointed until I waited a while to post anything. I hire this company to move my 2 bedroom apartment to another apartment which was the same apartment complex. I hire them for May 24 2020. I went to the office was showing the guy my furniture was heavy type furniture I was willing to hire 4 guys instead of 2 but was told 2 was enough. The day two young guys came and the words that came from their mouth this not a apartment this is a house.

These guys did a decent job of moving besides being a half hour late. They then took a 15 minute smoke break within 2 hours and tried to have me pay for it - I had it removed from my bill, but SERIOUSLY?. We did have an unusual move with two stops but they really did a poor job of packing the truck and ended up breaking my daughter's bed.
