The reason my husband and I chose this company was due to the raving reviews and the fact that I’m 7 months pregnant we needed it to be as less stressful on us as possible. Unfortunately, we had the worst experience. The major issue we had was the truck size. My husband on numerous occasions via phone and email specifically asked for a 26ft truck. He even followed up with details beforehand and was assured that they had the truck available. Not the case.

Worst moving experience in 40 years. Paid extra for moving TVs, and the movers literally cut apart the box and wrapped it in the cut box with some tape. One of the TVs was broken upon arrival. The claim took 4 months to come back and tried to offer 50 for a tv that cost 1100 new last November and 650 to replace now. They also had the gall to straight up lie and try to say I unpacked it with no one else in the room and could have broken it myself.

I called to receive a quote, the employee never even asked what I had inside my unit or what furniture would be moved and automatically gave me a quote based on another move he did that was the same distance. I told him that was the highest quote I had gotten, and he told me to go with another company then and then hung up.
Non of our representative would ever treat people like you described. absolute false review.
They fabricated an entire narrative to avoid honoring my claim, including falsely stating that they mounted my TV. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I recently hired Pro American Van Lines LLC for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the final unload, everything was smooth and efficient. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely careful with my belongings. The movers arrived on time, and they worked quickly without compromising the safety of my furniture and fragile items.
This is my second time using Pro American—a few years later and they are still PHENOMENAL. Dennis and the entire Team were professional, worked fast, extremely fair pricing, and took special care of all of my items. They moved me twice within this past week, from old place to storage unit, then from storage to new place and they were very accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Pro American!
I was very satisfied with our overall move. It was easy to schedule and everything was well communicated. Movers were very efficient and careful wrapping and moving our furniture. Denis was especially the star of the show! I appreciate all their efforts and hard work. If I move again, I will use these guys again and recommend to anyone I know that’s moving. Wonderful job guys!
Denys and his crew did an excellent job and made quick work of our 2 bedroom apartment during our local move. They did a great job wrapping up all of our furniture, art, and electronics and handled them each with care. The amount we paid was in the same ballpark as what we were quoted and they were able to take everything we need them to (and also more than we had originally planned). Would highly recommend to others and will look to them for any moves we have in the future as well.
