I had a terrible experience with Pro Movers. The movers arrived late, damaged several pieces of furniture, and were extremely unprofessional. They overcharged me without explaining the extra costs. Communication was poor throughout the process, and customer service was unhelpful. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

We scheduled a Saturday morning move with 2 movers. Both inexperienced and confused. The move should have taken 2 hours to pack, 1 hour driving and 2 hours for unloading. Budgeted for 5 hours and $50 tip if happy. I wasn’t. After 3 hours and truck not packed correctly, I went out to see what the problem was. They had furniture still outside the truck and shaking their heads. I couldn’t believe it but helped and tried to use this as a teaching lesson. I helped remove half the truck to load it correctly.

I recently used promovers and unfortunately I was not satisfied with their work. They arrived over an hr late from when I scheduled them, they were careless when moving my fridge which cause damage to my flooring, they almost caused a massive water leak when opening a valve that was previously shut, they took 2 more hrs than was necessary to finish, at my new home they were not care when moving furniture which caused streaks on the walls, they did not notify me that when moving my furniture they caused damage to…
Originally I wrote a good review, but as opened my boxes, I figured out that my bedroom furniture was broken. Then my husband said that they dropped the boxes multiple times, due to lack of control of the dolly. So the first time of making a mistake could be understandable, but repeating the same mistake over and over is not. They did too much damage to our furniture.

Choosing Pro Movers was the worst decision. The crew was unprofessional, arrived hours late, and damaged several fragile items. They added unexpected fees at the end and ignored my concerns. Joe, Sergio and Ben were excellent with our move from Irvine to RSM. They were quick and effiencent and made sure that nothing was damaged on the move. They also made sure to place everything in its correct position. I would highly recommend them would definitely get their services for my next move.
WOW! My fourth amazing move with Pro Movers. Working with the schedulers is wonderful and they are prompt and courteous. Joe, Payden and David are the best movers on the planet and go above and beyond to deliver incredible service. There was a small mix up with the move - they thought I had a few items but I really had a 4 story 3 bedroom condo packed full of large heavy furniture and an insane amount of Disney collectibles (x 1000), but they barely missed a beat. They quickly assessed and got right to work.
