Pro Movers LLC

We moved February 2020. it was a short distance around 10 miles. I was asked to pay in full prior to my service date I did so by sending the money thru cash app as that's what he requested. Terrence and one more person arrived LATE (4 hours late) with a smaller Uhaul truck than what he had promised. They took 3 hours to move boxes that had been moved to the door already and packed and sealed. They left my furniture for last and ended up not fitting all.

Good and bad in every service delivered. My experience was not expected as the posturing for business was high as usual. Items were lost and there were unscheduled stops on a truck we paid for to move our belongings. Items were lost and when I finished unpacking completely I reached out about what was missing. I was met with combative and aggressive behavior rather than working with me for a resolution. I personally wouldn't recommend them and it was almost as if their was something nefarious going on with them.

Had to move with short notice and they were helpful in getting my stuff moved into a POD in a very short period. Unfortunately the actual loading was done poorly and lots of damage to nice furniture. Could have easily been avoided by simply using blankets. No response from the owner after numerous attempts to contact.

Was not satisfied with move items that I had for years were broken and movers stated things like my tv stand had to be broken down when I moved it for years and movers never broke it it’s almost impossible to take things like that apart my work desk was broken and snatched out the sockets , movers spent most of the time laughing and talking I’ve moved the same amount of furniture which is not alot with the same set up for years and previous movers always had my move completed within 2 hours and everything was…

Highly would not recommend this company. Owner is completely unprofessional and rude! He will try to hustle you out of additional money when he has provided a bill of lading/contract reflecting a zero balance due. He will persist by sending text messages threatening to send a balance owed to collections when service has been completed. Do not waste your time or spend money with such an unprofessional owner/business!

I thought I had to move immediately so I orginally called them to move my stuff to storage . Things changed and I didn’t need them that day so I told them I will keep in contact when I found a place . I found a place they told me I could move i Friday which I went ahead and booked the movers then the complex changed it to Saturday . I nicely contacted and told them about the change and the owner of this company cursed me out so bad because he felt like I canceled twice.

I would really love to give ProMovers LLC a five star review, but I can’t. The movers broke the arm on my father’s rocking chair - and have yet to apologize or try to fix the chair. The young men who moved my things in May learned a lesson that day - it will be up to them to incorporate the information. Only our good Lord will know.

I would not recommend Pro Movers. They are very unprofessional and charged way too much for the little work they actually did. It was a family member who was an unfortunate customer.
