Two Men and a Truck Moving

So the price for my local move was reasonable and that's the reason they get 2 stars. Otherwise, I did not have a good experience. First, the movers arrived an hour after the scheduled time. Second, when the 3 movers arrived, one mover was complaining that he was tired from a previous shift. This same worker was moving so slow throughout the move I started to move some boxes and furniture to speed up the process because they had already arrived late.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Milwaukee location of Two Men and a Truck. I was quoted for a six-hour move, but the mover repeatedly disappeared for long periods, dragging the job out far longer than necessary. While this was happening, I tried reaching the company for support but was only sent to voicemail. My Peloton bike was left out on the porch in light rain, which is completely unacceptable, and they broke the weight holder.

Our movers did a decent job on moving day, unfortunately however it has been our customer experience since the day of the move that has been anything but positive. On the day of our move one of the movers accidentally cracked a coffee table of ours. He told us that they would take it to a contractor, they'd fix it like new, all free of charge.

If you want a stress free and sanitary/covid-safe move do NOT HIRE them! MOVER BROKE THE STATE LAW. 1) they were supposed to arrive to my place for the move between 9:30 and 10:30 am. At 10 am i called them to see if they were on there way, but they said that due to covid some of its personnel had to isolate and they would be arriving around 11:30am... ok fine, things you cannot control happen.

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck to assist with my household move. First and foremost, I want to commend the moving team that arrived. They were professional, courteous, and handled my belongings with great care — from loading at my previous residence to unloading and arranging items at my new home. Their positive attitudes and work ethic were greatly appreciated, and I would gladly work with them again.

I would not recommend this company for moving. The movers did do a good job wrapping and moving my furniture but everything else was a mess. I was told that they would arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 for the move but that they might arrive early. Shortly after 1:30 I got a call saying that they were being dispatched now, they were going to stop and get something to eat and they would be there at 2:15. They didn't arrive until 3 PM.

I got an online quote from Two Men and a Truck Wauwatosa and the quote was astronomical. I am moving a small 1 bedroom apartemnt with minimal small furniture (1 bed, a love seat, dining table, kids dresser, and rocking chair plus a couple of end tables and small pressed wood ikea bookshelves make up literally all the furniture) and no appliances. I also have minimal boxes. The move is less than 2 blocks away.

I booked Two Men & a Truck without hesitation due to the wonderful experience I had nearly 3 years ago. This time, however, it was a completely different experience. Three movers came to assist with my move. One gentleman was consistently sitting down, playing on his phone. I had to ask him multiple times to get back to work, as I was being billed hourly. The second gentleman announced that he was having "stomach issues" and took several 30+ minute long bathroom breaks.
