Called front desk, receptionist said around 2 pm. Waited until 2:30. Receptionist said they were running behind. Understandable, and was told they would be here at 4. Get call from movers at 3:54 pm - cussing asking where I am. I went to open storage container for them and was 5 minutes away from the house. By the time I got back to the house - they left me high and dry. Called office and was called a liar - was also threatened if I made a bad review. 0/10 recommend

I have used them multiple times. Always amazing would recommend them. Today the owner showed up to move me when I went over what need to be moved I told him I had 3 hours that I could pay for. They charge by the hour a minimum of 2 hours. But do not give you a quote up front of how long it will take. So he said well for 3 hours you get bye. I asked if he was serious and he walked out. $160 an hour I do not feel like that is unrealistic.

Left us to move our whole house on our own when the ice storm hit with my infant child. Thankfully we had two really good friends help us out. Left us high and dry and wouldn’t tell me that they would come or not until the morning of. Very unprofessional and we had to be out that day. We barely made it by 30 minutes. DO NOT use this company.
I am so sorry Meghan, I do remember the ice storm as many other people might as well. Some people were left with out electricity or water and icy road conditions making it impossible to drive. I am so sorry that that we could work together to move you as soon as conditions got better.
The owner literally threw a fit halfway through our move and threatened to leave my furniture stranded. Armando Navarro is as unprofessional as they come. Afraid to do the work he was hired to do. Use anyone else but this company.

This is the second time I have used Pro-Moving and I have been so impressed with them! They are so easy to work with! The employees are friendly, quick, and efficient! My mom was with me this last time and was so impressed she wished they were in Atlanta where she lives! Can't say enough about this company and staff! Will definitely use them again if/when I move! You should too!!

These gentlemen were extremely professional!!!! Absolutely worth the money and reasonably priced! They took care of each item and packed everything with care! They don’t mess around, they get in and get you moved! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
