In their own words
***Everything You Want in Movers*** Hired this company to move my daughter. You can believe the 5 star rating. I'd give 6 stars if I could! The job: Move 3rd floor 1 BR apt to 3rd floor 1 BR apt about 10 miles away The crew: 1 truck/ 3 guys - Mike / Jordan / Lester (hope I remember the names correctly) The experience: My daughter requested a quote and scheduled the move. She says all interactions were thorough and courteous. I felt the pricing was fair (I'm the one paying for it).
A little over a year ago, late March 2020 on a cold rainy morning just before Quaratine shut-down most of Atlanta, Nick and his professional Prodigy Moving team met us at our new apartment to unload our 26 foot Uhaul (Big Lucille--a name I gave her), went to our storage and retrieved some furniture, loaded it up, and brought it back to the apartment. Despite having some delays due to elevator issues, this team of professional, calm, compassionate and responsive men never complained.
I found Prodigy Movers on thumbtack and was referred by one of my neighbors who was moving a week later than I was. I read the rave reviews on google, yelp, and the company website which persuaded me to give them a try. Hands down the best customer service and communication ever for a moving company. Nicholas the owner, was very informative, transparent, and detailed when discussing my move and answering my questions. He was responsive via email, phone calls, and text.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Prodigy Movers Atlanta for a cross-state move, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From the initial point of contact through to the final delivery, every aspect of their work was marked by professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The planning process was particularly impressive.
Thank you for your thorough and well thought out review! We shared this with our team as a standard we strive to provide to every customer. We look forward to working with you in the future!
