In their own words
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I hired this company to move my furniture and mount my TVs. They damaged my 75” TV and refused to take proper responsibility. They never mentioned that TV mounting had extra charges — their movers made it seem like it was $95 per hour, but after taking an extremely long time, they suddenly claimed it was $1 per inch. The owner refused to work with me and only offered 60 cents per pound for my damaged TV.
Thank you for your review and for your continued business, Honest Texan. We only wish it was truthful and honest. Please do not fail to mention a very important fact. The day of the complaint we worked out a deal, and we made ourselves responsible for our mistake and paid your TV in full amount…

In their own words
Professional Moving Preppers were very courteous and professional the two movers were very thorough and super careful with the Liberty Gun Safe. Cost was very affordable and worth the investment. This moving company charged a reasonable price compared to other moving company’s in Laredo that wanted to over charge me due to being a special item and requiring special tools and logistics. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I ever move again. Highly recommended.
I got pleasure to meet a very efficient and talented crew movers with professional moving preppers, LLC. They were punctual and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend professional moving preppers for local or long distance moving given their very good reputation and track record.
The best moving experience i ever had. They were on time and very careful with the furniture. They had excellent safety equipment and protected my furniture with moving blankets during the move.I appreciate that they were so careful around walls and up the stairs. I highly recommend using Professional Moving Preppers and hope to do business with them again.
Genaro and Pablo were badass. They helped me move to my first ever apartment. As for my first moving company experience, Professional Moving Preppers, was a fantastic choice! They got everything done so damn fast. It's just a shame there are not enough stars to put for this company and these movers. Shout out to GENARO and PABLO!!!
