Professional Sacramento Movers

Two stars is being nice... My work used this company twice, and the first time they were great but the second time was a disaster. The move happened during COVID but the movers did not show up wearing masks and were very unprofessional with the experience. Then they did not send an invoice as requested for the deposit and they charged us an incorrect amount that did not match the invoice for the entire move.

Beware. The older guy was nice. But the younger guy asked for a $100 tip before he even started to move any items. I told him we needed to wait and see how they did. He did not care for that, but they continued. They broke a lamp, a nightstand, and a computer in the nightstand. They compensated me by discounting half an hour off the price. I only later discovered the laptop and nightstand.

The movers were good, but Tom who schedules the moves was absolutely terrible. On our first day the movers asked if we would like to move the rest the next day. We agreed as we knew the movers were getting tired and there wasn't a reason not to. We called that day and placed a deposit for the next day. We were told the movers would be there around 12pm-1pm. We drove across town at 11:30 to get things ready. When it got to be 2pm we hadn't heard anything so we called.

If I could give this place a ZERO star review I would. I would NEVER recommend this moving company to ANYONE. I have never received more unprofessional and disrespectful service from every staff member and mover. I scheduled a move through the customer service department and put the deposit down. I specifically asked for the movers to come any time after 4 due to my work schedule. The lady on the phone told me that was perfectly fine (she even put me on a hold to check with the movers) and they would arrive AT 4.

They are terrible, told me $159/hr for cash,but when I booked it was $179. They sent me the confirmation email which stated it’s just $10 off when paying cash . They also had a different minimum hr charge after I booked. They told me there was no other fees, but later said $59 fuel. I had to made a deposit of $100 which they said they will keep if canceled. I found premium movers and they are $153/hr, I figured even if they take my $100, I will still spend a couple hundreds less with premium movers.

We used them to move from Sacramento to Rancho Cordova. They took our bottled water from the garage and drank it the left empty bottles outside our new home. They also removed a door from the laundry room, took the hinges and have not replaced it. I've been in touch with them several times since the end of December, 2021 without any resolution to these issues. We moved from a rental and will be dinged for the door that's off the hinges.

I used this company a few years ago and loved them. This time they sent me 2 movers that didn’t even speak English. They started the timer and then went down to move the truck. They smoked a cigarette and then came back to start (on my time). Broke my 75 inch TV and keep delaying filing my claim. They moved super slow. Got to my new home and I have half of my recliner upstairs and half downstairs. All of my TV cords are MIA. When I call, I get left on hold and no one ever answers. Worst experience ever

They are not professional. They gave us negative experiences. Two guy came for our move, one of them didn’t know what to do, so other person had to tell him how or what to do next. It costed us more time and money. We wanted to try new company for moving, but we would not ask them again for our move or recommend to our friends. We also send an email for our experience to them for their improvement, but answer from them.very disappointing in many ways.
