I was given an arrival timeframe of 9-10:00 AM. By 10:30 no one had arrived. I called in to see why and was told that the truck had broken down but there was an additional team available for arrival later that same day. Rachel told me she would call me back in 20 minutes with a more precise timeframe and of course I received no call. The lack in communication and follow up is extremely unprofessional.

They were quick. Move my mom‘s stuff in two hours and they were on time and friendly. I had a problem with being billed for 15 minutes of travel time at double the hourly rate for a 5 minute drive and I wasn’t happy about the unexpected $47 service fee. Overall, a little pricey in the end, but they did great work.
