In their own words
I want to state that the actual employees that came and moved the apartment were great. The poor customer service comes from the management and office personnel.; I requested a quote for my elderly father who was hit by Covid and moving from an apartment too assisted living. A 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment, less than 600 sq ft moving into a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment at 540 sq ft only 2.5 miles away. I was quoted $2700 with 2 days work, 1 day to pack and the second to pack and move.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I would highly recommend Prohelp movers! They are prompt when communicating, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It was a seamless transition which was such a relief having little ones. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. They came more than prepared and were extra careful with our belongings. We will definitely use them again!
Thanks for the review Allie, we look forward to hearing from you again!
I have used ProHelp movers to move Mom 3 times over the last couple of years! They have been great. Always courteous and they are on time and reasonable pricing.
Thanks Mr. Mann! We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review!
We used ProHelp for a move that downsized us from a 2468 sf home to a 1480 sf condo; from 8 rooms to 4. We were first impressed that Morgan answered the phone so early and that Brandon came out within hours to do a review and provide an estimate. All interactions with Morgan and Brandon were excellent. (At this point, I would suggest waiting until the actual amount to be moved is in the home.
Hi Don, thank you so much for the 5 star review and glowing recommendation! We apologize again for the limited crew on your unload day. I am so glad you were overall pleased with our team!
I was very pleased with the help that Pro Help Movers provided me with when I did a local household move approximately twelve miles to Orangeburg South Carolina! I hired a crew of three, all young and fit men, who sweated, strained, and worked very hard and non-stop except for a well deserved lunch break! These three men were and are PHENOMENAL!
Thank you for the detailed 5 star review Mr. Hendershot!! We are so lucky to have Mario, Artis, Logan, and many other professionals that work so hard. I am glad you were pleased and we look forward to hearing from you in the future if needed!
