Hi All, I am not a big fan of writing negative reviews and will keep this short as I feel at least an honest opinion would help you make the right decision of choosing the moving service. I booked my appointment with Puget Sound 3 weeks ago. My move was scheduled on Nov 29th and movers were supposed to show up at 8:30 am. They didn't show up till 9:15 so I called and spoke to Kalton at Puget Sound who had no idea on where the movers are. After 2 hrs, I get a call back that movers have called and sick.
Incredibly poor customer service. Lost my quote inquiry and information despite having texted me to say they received it. When asked to look, the accused me of actually being mistaken as if I'd never entered it all rather than admit they lost it. Then hung up on me. Literally not even worth contacting unless you enjoy wasting your time. Both representatives I spoke with were rude and patronizing. I wouldn't use them even if they were free.
Beware of using this company.. not only do they lie their way to delaying the moving time by EIGHT hours, they will also cheat you of the deposit they take in the first place to provide their 'service'. this is a company building their revenue $50 at a time with no service in return. On moving day, a day that was supposed to be fun and exciting (we were moving into our own house) these people created a nightmare for us.
My experience with Puget Sound Moving was very unprofessional. I submitted an online request and was called repeatedly to get me to consult with them. When I called in, I was told they didn't have any availabilities until the week after my requested move. When I pointed that out, the agent "assisting" me hung up on me. I was shocked at the rudeness and lack of professionalism.
Today one of your drivers was on Public storage property with a customer. While driving to the unit they took a turn and hit one of the buildings. They tried to say they did not do anyone of the damage but that was not that badly damaged. They were driving a truck that only had the logo of the company the doors.
Nothing says poor business practice like cancelling ON moving day in the middle of the 8-10a arrival window. The bad reviews made me nervous but there were only a handful - but now I understand. Add insult to injury, Jamie who you will see …

Puget Sound Moving were spectacular in every regard. They moved us from Everett, WA to Raymond, WA all in one day. The care they put into protecting every piece of furniture was amazing down to the last detail. My wife and I could not have been more impressed or appreciative. They were very punctual, polite and went the extra mile when it was needed. Two thumbs up all the way, from the office staff to the moving crew!
They responded very quickly to my request for a quote, and were always responsive with questions I had. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made for the smoothest move we've had yet!
We moved from Seattle, WA to Bend, OR. Puget Sound Moving was excellent to work with. The person who came out to create an estimate was thorough and answered our questions. Tami was responsive every time I emailed with a question. Moving day went smoothly and so did the day our items were unloaded in Oregon. Kevin and Oscar were great.
