No accountability, unprofessional, unresponsive. Hired them to move a few larger items. Everything was great (seriously it was) until my living room sofa was damaged while delivering to my storage unit. I understand the physical work that had to be done as the elevator was too small so stairs needed to be used however you expect a little grace/carefulness. I contacted Angel regarding the damage he answered and asked for proof so I sent him a video.

They broke my mom’s dresser AFTER both me and my sister told them the drawers didn’t come out! They took them out anyway and tried to put them back in and left without even telling us it was broke. Most of the drawers are off track and the bottom is completely broken and no longer closes. Her dresser is less than 2 years old and basically unusable now. I called the supervisor and never got a response. They will never get my business again!
Movers are required to notify customers if theres any chance of any walls being damaged because of the size of something, or width of pathways. This was the case here. Movers advised customer that the only way the dresser would freely move down the narrow pathway without scratching any walls, was…
Angel and his crew arrived 3 hours and 20 minutes late. I called twice to confirm the 11:00am start time - once the day before the move, and once the morning of the move. He told me this was no problem. When I called him at 10:30am on the morning of the move, he even told me he was only 35 minutes away. 11:00am comes and goes with no sign of QualityProMoving. I call Angel and he now says he won't be there until 1:00pm.

I booked on April 30th 2024 for a may 8th 2024 10 am appointment. I decided to call at 9:50am that day to make sure that they were gonna be on time for my 10am appointment. A guy tells me they are finishing a move and that they will call me when they are done giving me no estimated time frame. I'm sitting here at my storage just waiting to get moved out and into my apartment there is no way I am going to sit here and wait I don't kno how long until they arrive.
Scheduled with this company over a week ago to move our apartment into a house. No calls leading up to the move, no heads up of cancellation. The day of the move, we called the company phone at least 10 times, everytime going straight to voicemail. Left us completely stranded as our lease ends today. Had to frantically call every moving company in DFW to help us last minute. For last minute moving needs I recommend First Choice Moving Garland. We had to start moving at 5 pm because of “quality pro movers”.

They were scheduled to come out between 1:00-2:00. Never called to say they were running late. I called them at 2:30 to ask if they were coming and they said they were but got stuck on a job and they were in Hillsboro but gps said they would be here by 4:00. Again, they didn’t show up. I called at 4:50 and they said they were 20 minutes away. They texted 30 minutes later they were almost to my house. I finally call them close to 6:00 and they say they aren’t coming but might come out the next day.

Hired them at short notice like the fact they were able to move me but over all bad experience arrived almost 2 hrs late barley had any furniture moved everything in one room i feel like they took their time to make sure to get the two hrs and some. Said they went 10 min over but wouldn’t charge if I left a good review mattress got tore and rails to my beds are missing.
We apologize for the inconvenience. You were only charged 2 hours, once the 2 hours hit. There were still 5 pieces of furniture left in the truck, without hesitation, our movers made sure that all of your furniture was unloaded, although we went 15 minutes over the 2 hours, wich we never charged…

Angel and his crew are absolutely amazing at moving. They are all extremely polite; communicate to find out your needs and wants; take care of your items; extremely efficient at getting everything wrapped carefully and packed to maximize your storage. We had a day to move all of our things into 4 pods and they were able to get everything we wanted stacked and packed into them. I have never seen someone work as hard as these guys and be kind, considerate and have a great attitude over the many hours that it took.
We know moving can be quite hectic. Thats why at QualityPro Moving, our mission is to make your move, as less stressfull, and less worry, for our customers to worry about. As always it is our pleasure.
Great service. Angel was awesome. Communicated on costs, arrival, and took care of business and great care of the items moved. As a realtor, I need reliable moving teams. Angel does this. I had purchased a sofa sleeper and when i tried to move it into my apartment it didn’t fit in the elevator. The only option I had was bringing it up four flights of stairs. Needless to say I was desperate in finding someone to help me move it. Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with Angel from QualityPro moving, he and his crew came in clutch. Angel made the process so effortless and ensured me that he and his crew would be able to take on this project.
