The woman who called me back for a quote thought she had hung up the phone when she said very clearly 'RUDE A**'. All because I declined to use their company when they weren't available on the date I needed...... If your customer service person is this pleasant, I can only imagine how delightful the rest of your team is! WOW. Definitely won't be using this company future moves, but also that was hilarious.
Hi there. The person who answered the phone during this time is truly no longer with the company. Can we send ypu a small gift card with our apologies? Please email [email removed] and we can email it to you.
Don’t use this company! I called for an estimate and they wanted my bank information si I gave it to Adam. I said I would call them back if I was going to use there services. Before I knew it Adam pulled $100.00 from my bank account. I called and asked him to return it and he said no that was there procedure.
Obviously this is false information. You scheduled a move and canceled when we were in route. 12 years in Business.

In their own words
The name of the company says it all! Raymond and Marcus arrived right on time and did an excellent job of quickly and carefully moving furniture and belongings. They were experienced at disassembling furniture and problem-solved the removal of a lamp plug that refused to come out of a socket. I was sure that the electrical cord would need to be cut, and thrilled that this lamp, (which had been a wedding gift), survived the move in one piece!

Could not recommend Adam and his team more! They were on time, communicated well, and did a fantastic job all around! They were quick, efficient and gentle with our items. A standing fan got damaged in the move and Adam immediately let us choose a new fan of our choice and had it delivered to our house! Adam is honest and followed through just as he said he would. Honestly, our smoothest move yet and I would recommend this company to anyone! Will certainly be using them again in the future.
Tim, Sepin and Raymond did an excellent job. Prompt, courteous and quick. I would highly recommend them!

I can not say more good things about this company. When my mover ghosted me the day of my move, I called Quick and Careful. Emily was amazing and so helpful. She got me a crew for later in the day. The crew that came was Rich and Sean. The were amazing. So helpful and understanding. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend.
