The rating breakdown
5 of the 43 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Ralph Palmisano Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 43 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
This company was recommended to me by a co-worker. When I initially called, Ralph stated he would have to do an in home estimate and would call me back during the week to set something up the following week. I didn't hear from him until the next week Tuesday evening when I was busy. I told him we could do any day that week. He told me he would call me back, again I never heard from him again. I called and left a message. I called the following week leaving another message.
Cancelled on us the day before we were scheduled to move everything. Had no backup. Pretty ridiculous. Apparently someone got hurt; I understand things come up, but for a type of business like this there should be a backup plan for your customers in the event something like this happens. Completely screwed us over.
Very very terrible customer service I never leave comments but the receptionist which must be their mother should be fired & needs to replaced with someone professional period!

In their own words
We moved from Massachusetts to Fayetteville NY. Ralph Palmisano and his crew get a 10/10+ or A+! They were awesome! Efficient, careful , respectful and on time! Our move was absolutely flawless! He and his team were such a pleasure to work with! We’ve told everyone who asks us call Ralph if you need the best moving company! Thanks, Ralph, Steve, Andrew, Terrence and Tray! You’re awesome fellows!
We have used Ralph and his team twice. Both times were exemplary, but especially our latest move from a rural area to an urban one two hours away. Ralph was responsive, honest and treated our family and belongings as if they were his. Each of Ralph's team were hardworking, polite and considerate. I cannot say enough about them. Movers like Ralph Palmisano Movers are not encountered often. I wouldn't consider any other service but theirs. Thank you, Ralph!
This is the best moving company I have ever come across and I am a Realtor so I speak from experience! Not only do they provide an amazing service for a good price, the owner is the nicest guy you could meet and is now going to be my friend!
Call if you neef a moving job done, small or largr we have had them do both. Neededto move some furniture and belongings from my sister's to a storage unti last minute. Called and they were awesome fitting us in the schedule. Need them to travel to Oswego for job and that was no problem. Arrived ahead of schedule and packed up everything we needed done in no time and whole crew was friendly and nice to talk to. They then took everything to storage unit unloaded and stack nicely.
